Multiple service slips claimed vacuuming and skimming were done -- but I had to remove a dead frog myself, and the same grass piles were at the bottom of the pool for days. I called to talk through the issues and was cut off immediately. The owner was rude and defensive, and instead of problem-solving, she ended the call by canceling my service entirely. She blamed the green pool on a lack of chlorine, even though I have a saltwater system -- and they were the ones who gave me a chlorine floater and said it was sufficient. I wasn't even calling to cancel -- just to discuss ways to improve moving forward. The lack of professionalism and communication was appalling. I now understand why their rating is so low. I wasn't able to touch on every issue I wanted to address, like the shock powder staining my furniture and slips being left in my yard after asking multiple times for it to be put in the mailbox. I appreciate the refund, but I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

And then by the grace of God, we found Blue Oasis. They answered the call, and in our emergency, worked their schedule aroubd to come out to BOTH pools the same day.
