Scott and I talked through the problems with our pool pump quickly and he was able to diagnose the probable issue. Within three days, Scott was at our house with all the needed parts and replaced the pump motor and other needed parts in an hour or so. Scott even refused to take our money until he was finished. Unfortunately the second attempt was just as bad- if not worse. After the second job, we tried repeatedly to contact the company about the problems, but could not get any response for over six months. The finish now looks wore than it did before the original work was started. We are now forced to another company to fix the mess, which is going to cost us thousand of additional dollars. Extremely disappointing experience, poor customer service. I would not recommend Prestige Pool and Patio for stamped concrete staining work.
