That have a pretty good selection of what you might need for your pool and they must make a killing of you have a Last minute time for a pool party or need their expertise to find a solution. The absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. They repaired a busted pipe meaning concrete had to be redone. They hired a sloppy, cheap subcontractor who "forgot" to put in the rebar wiring and bonding after first pour. No bonding could have caused SHOCK/DEATH. After second pour, they used BLACK Stain when the rest of our concrete is grey and also got stain on our pool cover. Any customer would have been frustrated with that type of service and instead of correcting it they stated it was in their best interest to just refund our money. So now we are stuck with a crap piece of concrete and stain on our pool cover and will now have to spend more money and time on finding someone else to fix the issue. Project manager was very rude on the phone and via text and promised that after the crew messed up the first time he would be onsite from there on out to ensure the job was done properly we never saw him again after his first initial visit. They install a decent pool but have a complete lack of customer service and communication in my opinion. We paid for weekly service and the chemicals have been off all season long so far. Upon switching weekly service providers our new technician indicated our filter was VERY dirty, the chemicals were way off .. in fact the levels made him question if we had had the pool serviced at all this season. We paid for the top of the line weekly service at Pools of Fun each week plus chemicals and this was the result. We also had a UV light/dome malfunction. I noticed and brought it to their attention. During that time we had 2 routine weekly service calls while the leak was happening and neither technician reported the malfunction. I did. A technician came out to fix it but had the wrong item on his truck. Its over 2 weeks later and I have initiated all contact and this item is still not repaired/reinstalled. I have never left a bad review before but we are out thousands of dollars and I truly want others to avoid using Pools of Fun for service. read more

Kyle, This will be my last civil attempt to resolve this matter. On November 12th I reported that my liner which had only been installed a few months earlier was leaking and I was losing water You assured me a gentleman named Matt Walls would take care if this, Nine days later Matt Walls emailed me to set up an apt, we agreed on the following Wednesday, Matt came out and marked the level of the pool and said he would return. After over 2 MONTHS I sent you an email Matt, FYI, this guy came out and marked the level about 6 weeks ago and we haven't heard a thing since, water level continues to drop Sent from my iPhone You called Matt- and he reached out- At this point Matt seems to be confused, he gae me a list of instructions which included cleaning out the pool, adding another several hundred dollars of water, which I did. And then another month went by. Marci explained to Matt Walls that it was not our responsibility to get anything ready , that we had paid to have a new liner put in , that liner was/ is leaking and whatever steps that are required to repair or potentially now replace the liner, would lie within the company we hired Pools of Fun. If you see the pictures above, the water level has dropped three feet in three weeks. Im not going to deal with Matt Walls any longer, nor will I deal with any other sub contractor you send me that will instruct me on what I need to do to prepare for their arrival. Twice I have filled the pool up and Walls has not shown or resolved, I want a service manager from your company out immediately to handle, not instruct, but handle this situation. If I do not hear anything back before end of business tomorrow, I will be filing suit . This issue is now 4 months old, with no resolution in site read more

Horrible service. My parents ordered a pool liner 8 months in advance. To be installed July 1st. They emailed June 28th and said they did not feel comfortable installing with the measurements they had. Never contacted anyone prior to have different measurements or voice any concerns. Horrible customer service. I'm also in the construction industry and have ran into similar issues. Please do yourself a favor and choose any other company to take care of you. read more
