I contacted this company which informed me the road measurements as well as the 3 seconds ahead of reaching my vehicle was adequate time for me to avoid his vehicle. I asked to simply replace my tire, that was denied. As a business owner who carries a reputation I'm not sure how replacing a tire caused by an employee's negligence is a big deal. I've heard enough about how they run the pool side of the business along side this terrifying incident to know these are not the small business to support in any way. The way they send you the bid if you do not downloaded or print it when they updated the bids the previous bid disappears and this is when Logan started to lie. Upfront: They ask whats your budget then give you a spineless amount around your budgeted amount and raise it with each conversation even though you gave them all of this information up front. We asked them to order everything and have it in stock before beginning the job. They said they had everything but lied. We had to wait because the flooring people were out of the tile because they didn't order it as they said. The same thing happened with the shower walls they were out of the color we wanted. Do not trust them. They said 2 weeks from start to finish it was 90+ days. I knew 2 weeks was wrong but thought it would be quicker then over 90 days. So many issues I can't even list them all.
