Dr Fahie is amazing! It took a bit to get an appointment with her (she's the surgeon there) as she…read moreonly is there 2 days a week. But the amount of time and care she gave Bailey did not go unnoticed. She answered all questions and concerns I had while explaining both the pros and cons for surgery. Other vets had me worried about kneecap displacement on small dogs and how surgery is basically a must do. She explained why it might not be needed and what grade she would give Bailey on it (had some tell me he's a Grade 4 while she took the x-rays and felt him, watched him walk etc and he isn't a 4). I asked her questions about how many surgeries like this she's done and she told me how long, the changes, etc. She's been doing this a long time and I feel 1000000000% safe with her doing any surgery for Bailey. I know price is a big factor, especially in the comments. Another big factor is, while I'm not sure if she did this because she saw how I was with Bailey or anything, but the price was very affordable compared to the 5-6 quotes I got over the phone from other places. And Care Club helped as well as it looks like it gives you a free x ray for the year. Again, Dr Fahie is the surgeon you want to see for your pets with her knowledge and she truly cares. I can't thank her enough.

I wanted to update my previous review because our experience with Yorba Regional Animal Hospital…read morehas considerably changed, and I think it is only fair to acknowledge that. We have three dogs, all with different needs and different insurance, and I can only imagine how difficult it can be at times to keep everything organized. One of our dogs is a military service dog, another is a retired service dog, and our third is a pug with quite a few medical issues. Yorba Regional has been extremely patient, accommodating, and kind with all three of them. The veterinarians are knowledgeable and available when we need them, and Dr. Hong and the staff have been wonderful with our dogs. Most importantly, our dogs genuinely love them and are comfortable there. I also really appreciate that, in our experience, they don't try to push unnecessary exams, vaccinations, or treatments. They discuss what our dogs actually need and have always been respectful of our decisions regarding their care. Of course, this is our personal experience, and everyone may have a different experience. But we have been bringing our dogs to Yorba Regional for over 14 years, and after all that time, I think it's important to give credit where credit is due. We are extremely happy with the care our dogs receive at Yorba Regional Animal Hospital and very grateful to Dr. Hong and the entire staff for the kindness and care they continue to show our family.

Exceptional service; very quick too! My little dog doesn't need haircuts, but Lily had an…read moreall-services-except-haircut flea bath for an excellent price! I found my new groomer! Lily recently had an eye surgery, so I was paranoid reading reviews for other groomers. We'd prefer to keep the eye we still have. Soggy Dog definitely lives up to its 5-star reviews! Just in case anyone else is reading this that has a one-eyed dog (or any dog with blindness), Tanyss's most recent rescue is a one-eyed dog too, so that made me feel much better :) APPOINTMENT/COMMUNICATION: I called on Thursday but they were closed for a staff event; they got back to me asap by text & I ended up scheduling for Saturday afternoon. Elle called when Lily was almost done (only 30 mins later). Their communication is very quick and clear so if you have any questions regarding services, feel free to ask ahead of time! PAYMENT: They accept cash and check, but you get free enzymatic teeth brushing if you pay cash! My dog is 9-10lbs & pricing depends on weight, but for an all-inclusive flea bath (nails, teeth, blueberry facial, gland expression) I paid less than $50 before tip. That is significantly less than I've been charged at other places. Tanyss even explained that with the rising costs of living, they strive to make such services affordable :) MY FEARFUL REACTIVE DOG: was very comfortable here. When I picked her up, Elle (we share a name!!) was holding her & Lily wasn't shaking?? She also wasn't desperate to leave; she was so chill?? Keep in mind this is the same Lily who loses it if I bring her to a pet store (another place that smells like a bunch of dogs have been there). Do not get me started on the vet--this chihuahua acts like she's being deployed. She was confused when we first tried to enter, & Elle (as in not me Elle) suggested I pick her up so she doesn't get out of her harness, which is TOO accurate bc that exact thing has happened to us sooooooo many times. Elle clearly knows dogs, haha. But when I picked her up, she couldn't be more chill! PARKING: So turns out you can stop at the red loading zone right in front for pickup/drop-off, & Elle even explained that if the police pull up, they'll bat for you as a client who was literally unloading a dog, LOL. I didn't see the text about the loading zone & ended up parked a few blocks down the street, because parking in this area is a struggle. Use the loading zone! Save yourself! SUMMARY: Lily has her new grooming place :)))

I saw others mention they love taking their older babies here so I thought id give it a try. Plus the owner has 5 senior dogs of her own. I called and chatted with Elle (super sweet) so I could tell them all about my pup (history, preferences etc.). They were able book me last minute before leaving for a work trip which was greatly appreciated. Very very reasonable prices. When you arrive, be sure to knock as they keep the door locked for the safety of the pups. Ill Def be back. My girl was happy and probably the best she's felt after a grooming session. Highly recommend this women queer owned business!!

Why didn't lower the Stars from two to last, I wanted to express something that I just learned that has me extremely frustrated. Our dog has been taken pill twice a day for the past number of years for skin condition. Now this was diagnosed properly and has definitely helped. My frustration stems from the fat that I just learned that this medication does not require a prescription that I've been forced to get and take my dog in for an exam regularly paying additional on money. The medication is "animal biome skin rescue". Due to issues with the veterinarian at animal medical Center of Redlands (Dr. Cain), we changed vets to one that has been around in the current location since the 1960s and I used to take our animals too when I was a child. They've done a fantastic job and have a very caring staff and medical staff. When I went down to get a prescription this medication, this is where I found out that it's over the counter and does not require a witten prescription. If for any reason I'm asked to give one when ordering the medications online, they let me know that I wouldn't need it, so they just made the refills PRN, which means in medical terminology " as needed". This gives me the ability to retain the prescription for as long as I need and not have to go in and get some sort of false exam and be charged another 40 to $50 and use the prescription if for some reason I need one. It's really sad because we used animal medical Center in Redlands for decades. Ever since Dr. Burch has retired, it seems like the new medical staff has really brought down the quality. So sad to see this because Dr. Burch is an amazing man and we really loved having him care for our animals for so many years.
