Brad called before to confirm the appointment and to advise me as to when they would show up so I wouldn't be startled by them. They looked like two comical astronauts walking around with the vacuums strapped to their backs and masks on their faces. One worked on the back and one on the front. I was able to pay by credit card which was convenient for me. I plan on calling them and book them to clean up before the snow flies! They started forgetting to latch the gate, resulting in our dog escaping on three separate occasions. When I raised my concerns with the owner, I was met with an unapologetic attitude and lack of empathy every single time the gate wasn't latched. To make matters worse, the usual girl who serviced our yard was replaced by a new guy. From the moment he entered the yard, his demeanor was aggressive, and he showed no gentle handling towards our dog, unlike the previous employee. This caused our dog to feel threatened and bark in response. Rather than deescalate the situation, the guy yelled aggressively at our dog and charged at her with a shovel in his hand. Shockingly, when we reported this incident to the business owner (and provided video footage), his response was that their technicians can act however they need to when they feel threatened, completely disregarding the fact that their waste handler lacked proper training , and that we never had issues for many years (same dog). Every time we encountered an issue, the owner never took any accountability for their employees' behavior, only to deflect blame back on the customer. I was more than fair in giving these guys multiple chances to get their act together but the recent incident involving the new employee was the last straw. I hope this helps someone. I want to clarify that my dog never attacked your employee, and it was clear that she was more frightened of him than he was of her. I appreciate your response, as it perfectly reflects your typical approach of deflecting blame onto others and avoiding any accountability. I would also like to remind you that we have been using your services for over five years, initially at my parents' house and now at my current residence, without any issues involving our dog until now. The only variable that has changed is your employee. I contacted you 1.5 weeks after the first gate incident because I wanted to gather all the necessary evidence before making accusations. After carefully reviewing the camera footage, I was able to trace the problem back to the day after your employee came for the clean-up. I must express my disappointment with your initial response, as it lacked any sense of apology or empathy for putting our dogs life in danger. It was only after I called you out on it that you finally expressed some remorse. For the record, our dog never escaped after the bungee was added, so what you're claiming is absolutely false. She got out 3 times (all before the bungee) and it was me that added it not your employee. If it wasn't for the bungee cord, your company would've been fired months ago.

Didn't ask if they could have multiple ppl on my property and broke my gate on camera. Then had the nerve to mouth off to my spouse. Very immature behaviour from these business owners. Discontinued there services and now they wanna take me to small claims court over $81 lol. I feel like sending them a bill for repairing my gate. If you don't like drama then avoid this business.
