I started my service with them in Feb-22. When I was walking in my yard a week ago I noticed that their tech missed a lot of dog doo from 3 weeks of previous service (1 day per week). I knew that it was missed because some of it looked at least 4 weeks old. I called and told Poop Squad what I found. They said, "Your tech is new and is still in training." I thought to myself: how could someone be struggling in their training to do this task? Then when I said that I want to cancel my service they said "Sorry to hear that; no problem. We'll do 1 final pick up on 3/18/22 and we'll make sure to pick it all up this time." Then when I checked today, 3/20, it looked like they had done little to nothing.
