They have additional staff to assist with annual testing and shots, so when the veterinarian came in he was able to give us the results. He was able to take a look at a hot spot and additionally testing that I agreed to after his assessment of my dog's health and chart. The visit took longer due to additional testing and waiting for results. But left with new information on my dog's health and medication/treatment that will be needed. Check out was fairly easy as well & quick. Overall time from arrival to leaving the office was estimating 2 hours or less. There was only a couple of pets in front of me so my wait time wasn't too long. Sometimes the parking lot is full and wait times my vary.

Needless to say I'm very aware when Veterinarians get judgy. When I walked into the office yesterday I was shocked and surprised. Have you ever been to a Vet that didn't judge you!? That's where I was yesterday. No breed judgement, no food judgement, no lack of care judgement. Just love for my pet and a gentle reminder that Ticks are bad out where we've moved to. At the office I found out I hadn't taken my dogs to the Vet in over two years. While some places would call you neglectful and possibly berate you Dr. Howell did not.
