The box was returned inside a nice velvet pouch. They also included a personal card with some lovely words as well as my dog's name and date of cremation. I also received a piece of clay with her paw print in it that came with instructions for baking in the oven (to harden). They did a wonderful job and truly went above and beyond. I recommend their services to anyone during the difficult time of handling what to do with your pet after it passes on.
