Zero stars for zero service. Went in to get a hair cut and my son and I sat down. No one said hi, nothing. Looked me right in the eye and said nothing. Ok. So there's a guy sitting out front in a rich city hat, I ask the girl inside "is he cutting hair?" She says, "I don't know you can ask him" are you serious? I asked him and he says no I'm waiting to pick up my kids.. ok. We leave. No thanks read more

The first time I brought my grandson here for a haircut they did an excellent job. The barber listen and cut his hair to what he wanted. The barber made him feel great. This time the barber cut his hair but it wasn't what he wanted. it looks nice but he isn't happy with it. He has complained to everyone he has spoken with. Plus when I went to pay he quoted me one price (right before he rang it up) then charged me more. The shop has hired a new lady named Grace to greet the customers. Bad decision on their part. She is rude and disrespectful. She mistreated a man who came in the shop. The man was talking with her and asked her a question and choose toignore him. She was to busy playing on her phone. Then she got up and walked away. Poor customer service. Sad this man told me he has been a customer for a long time. Having loyal customers, listening to what they want, and providing good customer service helps grow the business. The experience this time was very different. Disappointing. read more

Best Barber...Rich City Barber was the first barber to cut my hair after I relocated here from Colorado Springs. I'm really picky about my cut...but Anthony took the time to understand how I wanted things done...and now its really easy to just sit in the chair and not have to worry about the details. Highly recommend you bring your business here. I was also surprised by the community spirit that exists in Anthony's shop evidence by what I saw play out on my last visit. There was a retired vet who was clearly on a fixed income and was having trouble with paying for his cut. One of the shop's patrons stepped up and covered the veteran's cost. My first 3 visits I sat with Anthony, who is good and did a really nice job with my hair. The last 2 times I had to sit with the other guy, whose name I don't even know, but he was terrible. He has a terrible attitude, surly and highly unlikeable, but what's worse is his haircuts were disgraceful. I didn't even tip him after my last visit, which is extremely rare for me, but that's how bad he was. Typical NE Patriots fan, so I wasn't surprised by his lack of personality, but what he did to my hair prompted this review. If you have to go here, make sure you choose Anthony. If not, you will most definitely regret it. read more
