This is the definition of dive bar. Don't change a thing. You may need a tetanus shot if you touch any door handles.

Awesome place. A lot of locals, there are four pool tables in the back. Definitely a cool place to hang out and drink.

Stephanie was an amazing bartender! But was not overbearing. She definitely knows hospitality!! I had the espresso martini and key lime martini and both were incredible. My boyfriend really enjoyed the burger and the chef there knows what he's doing! The crowd there really adores this place and you can tell they treat their guest like family! Don't forget to try the cookie butter banana cheesecake! It was to die forrrrr! I can't wait to come back and try the prime rib everyone raves about! The views are awesome and the upstairs is such a vibe! They have comedy night too! We left there wanting to come back for more :) Thanks Stephane!

My husband and I are frequent patrons of Craves, and from the very first night we walked through…read morethe door in November, we knew we had found something special. We jokingly call it "our bar" because that's exactly how it feels....like home. From day one, everyone made us feel incredibly welcome. Mike and Lauren are the owners of Craves. Lauren was our very first bartender and immediately made us feel like regulars. Mike introduced himself that first evening while we were trying to navigate the parking lot (which can definitely fill up quickly during dinner hours, a testament to how popular Craves is!). We started out enjoying the upstairs bar before eventually finding our home downstairs. The bar staff is truly what sets Craves apart. Courtney, Emily, Monica, Bonnie, and Stephanie are all outstanding, and Lindsay has been an amazing addition to the team. Every visit is filled with friendly faces, great conversation, and exceptional service. Joe greeted us on our first visit and escorted us upstairs to the bar. He immediately noticed my husband's Philadelphia Eagles hat, and discovering they were both Eagles fans was an instant connection that made us feel even more at home. The food is simply incredible. In all the times we've dined here, we have never had a bad meal. In fact, whenever friends or family visit from out of town, Craves is always at the top of our list, and they consistently tell us it's some of the best food they've had. Some of our absolute favorites include the Prime Rib, the 4-ounce Filets, the Stuffed Flounder, the Salmon, and the Scallops & Shrimp Scampi served over pasta. Every dish is consistently delicious and beautifully prepared. Craves has truly become our go-to place, not just because of the amazing food, but because of the people. Mike and Lauren have created something special: a restaurant where guests quickly become family. There simply aren't enough great things I can say about Craves. If you're looking for outstanding food, exceptional service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to keep coming back, Craves is the place to be. We can't recommend it highly enough!

I was there for the oyster special, and for 50¢ oysters, they were actually pretty solid. Fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth it for the price. They also have buy-one-get-one margaritas, which is always a win. The drinks were well-made and paired perfectly with the laid-back midweek energy. As the night went on, the DJ started doing their thing and the whole atmosphere shifted...in a good way. It went from chill to a full-on vibe pretty quickly. Only downside? Parking can be a bit of a headache, especially once the crowd rolls in. So I'd definitely recommend getting there early if you can. Overall, a great Wednesday night spot if you're looking for good deals, good music, and a lively crowd. I'll definitely be back.

I had a watermelon mint hookah and it was really good. They keep the coals coming until you can't smoke anymore. The VIP booths around the venue are comfortable and intimate. There's a pool table too if you'd rather be up playing. The TVs were playing sports the whole time I was there so this would be a great spot to catch a game and relax. I love the photo op wall covered with flowers and the X Lounge sign.

The setting is fantastic, with both indoor and outdoor seating that creates a great atmosphere, especially for a date night or special occasion. The food was really good. I ordered the ribeye, and it was cooked well and full of flavor. Overall, everything we had was enjoyable, and the quality of the food matched the restaurant's atmosphere. The highlight of our experience was our waiter. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service from start to finish. Unfortunately, the bar experience wasn't as enjoyable. The bartender was very strict about checking IDs. Every time I ordered two drinks, he wanted to know exactly who the second drink was for and requested multiple IDs. I completely understand following the law and checking identification, but having to repeat the process every round became a bit frustrating and discouraged us from ordering additional drinks from the bar. Even the manager seemed like he was having a stressful day, but despite a few service hiccups, the overall experience was still very positive. If you're visiting Daytona Beach and want a nice waterfront restaurant that's a little different from the typical beach spots, Mama Foo Foo is definitely worth checking out. Great food, beautiful views, and a perfect place to take someone out for a nice dinner or date night. I'd happily come back.

Thankfully management replaced the dish immediately and was sorry for the inconvenience. But my family and I had to occasionally swat away these little flies every few minutes. The food was good, though in my opinion a little overpriced. Ambiance was slightly upscale, but most dressed casually. I personally wouldn't return unless the fly situation has been handled. Update: Husband showed signs of food poisoning. Will DEFINITELY not be back! And definitely don't get the shrimp linguine!
