I haven't use this service yet, but this is a review about Rich's character. I worked with Rich for about 10 years, in his previous job. He always had an entrepreneurial spirit at work and, finally, he decided to be his own boss. His previous job as an FX and Rates Trader requires specific and highly technical knowledge and the ability to work with grace under pressure. Simply put, Rich knew his stuff. And, he always sought to improve and get better. All the while he was friendly, worked well with everyone, worked to get everything right, and over-delivered. Great service. First time using them and was a little hesitant. Local locksmith was closed though and I needed to get the key made for my daughter's 2009 Scion tC. They came right to the house and replaced both the key and broken fob. Better price and more convenient than both the Toyota dealership and my local locksmith. Great service! A 50+ year old front door lock completely fell apart and needed to be replaced. They returned my call within 12 hours but I had already lined up someone (who fell through). I called them back, they came out to look at the lock, ordered the parts, stayed in touch and scheduled a time for the job. Completed the complex job at a very reasonable price. He scheduled our appointment with little notice, arrived promptly, and worked diligently to swap all of the existing lock fixtures out into one main key.
