They were happy to help. Turned out that I was going to be early. Fearing to be a pain I called and told the woman who answered ( who was very pleasant and accommodating) she told me the time they would be there. I met the gentleman at my home he was super awesome even helped me start my Jeep because it had been sitting for a while. He went above and beyond and I'm very grateful. He always had an entrepreneurial spirit at work and, finally, he decided to be his own boss. Great service. First time using them and was a little hesitant. Local locksmith was closed though and I needed to get the key made for my daughter's 2009 Scion tC. They came right to the house and replaced both the key and broken fob. Better price and more convenient than both the Toyota dealership and my local locksmith. Great service! A 50+ year old front door lock completely fell apart and needed to be replaced. They returned my call within 12 hours but I had already lined up someone (who fell through).
