This company does not even deserve 1 star. I made an appointment for 10 am to have my house re-keyed. I spoke with the co-owner of the company. At 11 am on the day of my appointment a phone call finally came in that they were on their way. I asked at this point if the technician would be done by 12:30 because this is when I go back to work. The owner then copped an attitude saying that she told me the appointment was for between 10 and 11(which they still would not have made). I told her there was no such time frame given to me at which point she lost it and I cancelled the appointment. She became very belligerent and extremely loud on the phone at which point I hung up and then called back to ask to speak with a manager and that is when I found out she was the owner. No apology was ever offered first about being late and then about being extremely rude! read more

Now, from our conversation you told me you seen I was calling but decided not to answer. Like I told you on the phone because we were late we wanted to still take care of you. I had purchased two key fobs online for my daughter's car. I chose Pop-A-Lock based on the positive reviews. When the tech first came out he was unable to program the remotes (apparently I ordered the wrong ones). When I called Bobby afterwards he assured me he would make it right. Once I was able to get the correct fobs I called Bobby again - he came back out to the house and made it right, programmed the new keys perfectly and for no additional charge. Bobby is a very professional and reliable person. When he was here in Las Vegas I always utilized him for issues when it came to opening my car and had absolutely no problem recommending him to friends and family when they also had issues.... this is the only way that I knew that they would be well taken care of. Stupidly locked my keys in my trunk as I was putting groceries away because some guy was asking me to sign a petition in the Sprouts parking lot but luckily pop a lock locksmiths answered the phone and their guy was there super quick! Great service! A different locksmith company overcharged my mother 100$ to open her door because they said they'd be able to make a key for her as well, which they didn't. Total rip off, but these guys were so polite and helpful to her and had her a new key made and battery put back together so quickly! We will be recommending to everyone!! read more

Had issues with the Mykey feature on my focus. They came out, reset my key and cut and programed two additional keys for a reasonable price. I will definitely be using them in the future. I can't remember the techs, name but his employee number is 101. He did an awesome job. read more
