We were expecting them and were in the house but none of us - not even the dog heard the (soft knock) Nobody rang the doorbell. I phoned and they said they would be out the next day. Nobody showed up. I called again and they said they were too busy but would phone me tomorrow. That was a week ago. Not impressed.
