About two weeks ago, the lock to our front door ceased to work (we couldn't insert the key fully so the lock would turn). Yesterday I called Linda to have her send someone out to rekey the lock. She suggested I try spraying WD40 in the lock. The lock works like new now thanks to her suggestion. I have found Lovett to be reasonably priced, very professional and prompt. However, I had held off on it for a bit thinking it would be impossible and not wanting to waste my time with another copy attempt. A couple of weeks later, Fast Fobs reached out to me to let me know they had successfully copied a similar fob and were fairly confident that mine was doable as well. In fact, they were the only place to follow up with me at all. Really grateful they did because it ended up working! There were a few hiccups along the way (no fault of theirs) but they were more than willing to accommodate and ensure that my fobs worked 100%.
