PLUS they ship across the country! *Perfect gift idea* I've gotten bags of Project Pop at local pop-up markets (and got to chat with the owner, Chauniqua Major,) as well as online, and as a special delivered gift from a friend. Either way I've gotten it, one thing is true: It's a unique and special snack. According to their website, "organic, non-GMO kernels are popped in small batches using organic virgin coconut oil. We keep it real with simple, vegan ingredients - no preservatives here. We use the perfect amount of organic cane sugar and Himalayan pink salt, for a light and balanced flavor." -- YES PLZ. The end result is a delicate, sweet and salty treat with a hint of coconut. It's unlike any kettle corn I've ever had before and I dare anyone to start snacking on them and not get hooked. Pro tip: Pour some in a bowl because otherwise you'll stuff your face in one sitting. They're that good. Beyond the product, the owner (and maker of this deliciousness) has a real focus on community.
