This is a good place to come for a wide range of ages... from 10 to 50 I'd say are in here playing. And everyone had lots of fun. We will be back.

However, fortunately, Michaels had the material that allowed us to take out hours worth of time! We spent a bit of time here and was able to get the materials that allowed us to cut hours out of this project. The store was really short on product though. Even though we found what we needed it was a hunt... there were empty places everywhere in here so we had to alter what we wanted due to our of stocks. Also there is no help in here... if you need help you are on an island here. We got what we needed in the end and that saved hours of work...

The store has 2 floors and an eclectic array of 1920's-1990's vintage. I was surprised at the amount of massive, complete china sets and complete porcelain figure sets. I found a particular piece I've NEVER seen before and they had the ENTIRE set. The prices were below average for the area and they had a major sale going on while I was there, which was awesome! Both the owner and the cashier were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I really enjoyed my time in this store and they were so appreciative for my business. At only a few dollars per card, it's an exceptional value - especially given the level of expertise and transparency he brings to the process. He walked me through how to think about grading, what PSA is actually looking for, and gave clear, no-nonsense feedback on which cards were worth submitting. What stood out most was how tailored the advice was. He took the time to understand my objective (PC, not flipping/selling), what players I liked, and calibrated his recommendations accordingly. It wasn't just "what will gem" - it was "what makes sense for you." The session was genuinely educational. He pointed out centering nuances, surface issues like hairline scratches I missed, and subtle corner flaws that aren't obvious at first glance. We ultimately narrowed things down to ~40 cards - either strong PSA 8+ candidates or cards worth slabbing for personal value and preservation. Danny clearly knows the market across vintage, junk wax, and modern, and was able to quickly sanity-check value ranges based on likely grades. Bottom line: outstanding customer service, deep expertise, and a process that actually teaches you something. This is the first negative review I have ever left for a card shop, and I do not do so lightly…read more I have been in this hobby for more than 40 years. I have visited this store numerous times, purchased products, and opened countless boxes right there in the shop. Yet despite being a repeat customer who has spent money in the store on multiple occasions, I have consistently experienced some of the worst customer service I have encountered in the hobby. The issue is not a one-time bad day. The issue is a pattern. On multiple visits, I have walked into the store and received no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no offer of assistance. Even when there were very few people in the store, I often found myself having to seek someone out if I needed help. Most recently, I spent time standing at the display cases looking at higher-end cards and products and was completely ignored. Not a simple "Can I help you?" Not even a "Welcome in." What makes this particularly disappointing is that I recognize members of the staff and ownership from prior visits. This is not a situation where I am a first-time customer. I have purchased products here, opened boxes here, and supported the business over time. Yet every visit seems to reinforce the same message: customer service is simply not a priority. I live in Johns Creek, and this should be my local hobby shop. It should be the place I naturally choose to spend my money. Instead, I have reached the point where I would rather drive elsewhere and support a different shop than continue patronizing a business where customers are routinely overlooked. The products are not the problem. The hobby is not the problem. The customer service is the problem. A customer should not have to hunt down an employee just to be acknowledged. A customer certainly should not have to do it repeatedly over the course of multiple visits. This latest experience was not an isolated incident. It was simply the final straw.
