I wasn't sure how to update my original review, but in a nutshell this company is a scam and a joke. They will take your order and then conveniently never provide your product no matter how many times you attempt yo call email or chat. Even after over FOUR months I was never able to get anyone to resolve my order and finally resorted to havimy credit card issuing a charge back since I never received a response. That the alleged owner has time to respond to Yelp reviews is equally assinie in that he will respond to negative reviews but not responding to order inquiries or actually fulfilling orders. I don't leave reviews often, but this company is so very preposterous I felt the need to respond to the reply I saw on my review. I never got anything but a genetic your order is on its way and multiple offers for more orders until I blocked the company. They use to be great about getting your orders filled. I placed an order January 9th, 2025. I've sent 2 emails and nothing back. First time ever this has happened with them. Do not order pretty sure they are out of business. I'll will be requesting a refund from PayPal. Thats fine...not equipped to take the question "Wondering where my order might be, as tracking says it was delivered but 80% of the product in box is NOT what I ordered" Their response - Thanks for the email. Loved one of the designs on their shirts so decided to order one for a Christmas gift. A few days after ordering I tried looking for tracking information, there wasn't any, so went on Chat. The "girl" on the chat was so rude I was surprised. But nonetheless, after telling me what I'd already read "We don't guarantee a receive by date," and me explaining THREE times that I had already read that and just was looking for a tracking number, I closed the chat because she was a real impolite person. Well, the shirt came a day after Christmas (ordered it like 3 weeks prior, thought I had plenty of time to get it). The 1X shirt looks like a 3X and the material is AWFUL. The design is great, but this is the stiffest material I've ever felt on a teeshirt. It's like touching burlap. I can't imagine anyone wanting to wear this material for a half an hour, much less all day. I can't understand why they would even produce a shirt with this material, it's crummy. So, it's a big disappointment. I'm too embarassed at how awful the shirt feels to give it as a gift as planned, so I'm going to throw it into a donate bin and hope someone shreds it for washing their car. Too bad, the design was great. The teeshirt sucks. Almost $30 down the tube. No more orders from me. read more

I've submitted a few orders now, communication is pretty horrible, shipping it slower than the slow boat to china. The first order had one shirt incorrectly sent (both color ordered and size) - it took several days to get a response from their Email support but they did make it right and sent the correct size. I dig the designs, but the quality of the screen-printing is really low. They look great when you take them out of the bag, but as soon as you wash it once (as per the washing instructions on the tag) they crack and look far older than they are. The quality of T-Shirt (the Gildan (5.2 or 5.3oz) shirts are thin and not that great. $25-$30 a shirt is overpriced for what you get IMHO. It's still hard to find nerdy attire, even in this day and age. read more

I ordered Christmas gifts when I received an email stating it was GUARANTEED to be delivered by Christmas. And it is now December 26th and I have yet to even get an email to tell me my items have been shipped! I tried to call and got nothing, sent emails no replies, tried the chat option on the website and finally chatted with someone who told me to email because he didn't have access to the order info, tried Facebook messenger and a post and still absolutely nothing!!!! But yet the money was withdrawn immediately when the order was placed! Christmas was ruined because of missing gifts and I want my money back NOW!!! Don't ever expect me to buy from you again! I wish I could give this 5 stars because the designs themselves are outstanding. They're really quite well done and very unique. But I'm somewhat disappointed in what I got. My husband has been really happy with his t-shirt purchases (which is why I'm giving this a 4), but I have been really unhappy with the tank tops. The problem is that there are absolutely no product details on them. What you see in the picture is not even close to what you get in regards to the tank tops. Both the men and women's style of tank top is shown as ribbed jersey style tank-top with a wide back and wide straps. What you get is more of a body builder muscle tank with thin straps that cut very low and fit terribly! There's no give to the fabric at all and it feels very boxy and stiff or very tight depending on which one you try. I've been told that the unworn shirts can be returned for store credit only, but there's no actual return guide on their website. You have to email them to even be told how to do that. Thankfully my husband didn't have as many issues trying to buy shirts so I guess he'll get the credits, but I don't think I'll ever find something that fits me. It really is a shame too because the designs are amazing. They're just produced on terrible clothing. UPDATE: The image of the actual men's tank top is in their sizing chart, but it's really hard to see how it looks on that tiny picture and the straps are thinner than that. I love the product I received, however my experience was horrible. I ordered in the beginning of January and did not receive my shirt until March. I was told they were waiting to receive stock from Funko, and that's understandable. But upset me was that after waiting two month for my item, which is a gift by the way, the packing was EXTREMELY damaged. The box containing the tshirt I ordered was ripped, crushed, and looked as though someone opened it. The most frustrating part? When I wrote to customer service about my experience, rather than trying to remedy the issue, I was told the following: "I'm sorry for all the trouble. As we had explained, we have been having issues with Funko and it has been a headache for us, too. As for the packaging, while I apologize, we never guaranteed that the packaging would be in mint condition, as many of the items' packages we received from Funko were not in mint condition." Honestly, if you know your products are going to be in damaged packaging, at least offer a discount on future orders or something. A replacement box would have helped the situation, especially since the shirt I ordered is a gift. read more

My package was stolen from my mailbox. Even have a claim filed with the post office, and they won't replace the items or refund my money! I'm out $110 for shirts I'll never see, let alone get to wear. I am so disappointed right now. I have watched the awesome designs on this site for months, and just finally committed to buying one of their products. I knew I needed a Tacky Christmas Sweater for my December 5th party, so I placed the order on November 15th, which gave 20 days to recieve the shirt... PLENTY OF TIME. Especially since the site gave an estimate of 7-12 days. Well, here it is 13 days later, and the order is just sitting there saying "Not Fulfilled". So I emailed them. Well, I immediately get a nice canned response that just tells me the same thing the site does, 7-12 days. So I respond making them aware that I ordered on November 15 and that I need the shirt by the party on the 5th. This time I get an email, but it is pretty rude. It tells me that it doesnt matter when I placed the order. Whatever day they indicate that the "Sale Ended", thats when the 7-12 days begins. So even though my order was placed on November 15th, and they took the money from my account on November 15th, the sale didn't end until November 24th, so they are essentially saying that they just sit on my order and do NOTHING with it for the first 9 days. When I reiterate that I need it by the 5th, I get an email telling me my order has been refunded, as well as the nameless respondent being rude and beligerent. I am now noticing the F rating that the BBB has given them due to them ignoring BBB complaints. Not quite sure what to think. I saw all the awful reviews after I'd waited a month for my stuff, and then I started to get upset and sent them a very blunt email asking them what was up. Contrary to what I expected from previous buyers' descriptions of their transactions, I got a very polite response explaining to me exactly what the holdup was (apparently there was a delay with the manufacturer). And I did eventually get what I ordered, so even though I had to wait almost two months, the service could have been worse. What I can't tell is if the business has improved or if I got lucky. I love the shirt I ordered from them, but I'm not going to order anything from Pop-Up Tee in the future. read more

I ordered a Bioshock Big Daddy/ Little Sister T Shirt from pop-up tee last week. I was SO excited because the T Shirt was so unique and beautiful, but I never received it although the tracking states it was delivered. I do understand it's not Pop Up Tee's fault that the mailman seems to not know how to do his job, but I can't trust a company that has no sort of policy or protection if this happens. When I emailed them explaining what happened and that the post office won't do anything, they just sent me an email back apologizing and stating I'll have to work it out with the post office, and that they are unable to help based on the tracking information. I emailed again clarifying if there's any sort of protection policy as the post office is not going to help, and I'm now out my money and a T Shirt, and they just responded by copying and pasting the same exact response. They might have great shirts (I wouldn't know), but if they don't care about their customers then I can't give them any more than 1 star. I would recommend using extereme caution if choosing to order from them, as I see I am not the only person whose had this same issue. You might get it, you might not, and if you don't, you're pretty much duped. read more
