I love Popeyes, but this is the worst location I have been to, service wise. I ordered through the drive thru. They took at least 5 minutes to talk to me on the speaker. I asked if anyone was there and was told to wait. I waited about 5 more minutes. I ordered and was told there would be a 7 minute wait for my chicken. When I paid, I was not given a receipt, given my drinks and told to park across to wait for my order. I waited about 15 minutes. This was suppose to be a quick stop for me. This your typical Popeyes fast food joint with their regular brand's menu and the occasional special offerings. As an occasional junk food-eater I've come to over the years compliantly tried just about everything on their menu at least once, sometimes more - sometimes. In many ways, regardless of which Popeyes I visit, I don't think they're as good in taste or quality as they once were - generally speaking. I'm still kind of hooked on the occasional 2 piece chicken with red beans and rice combo for some reason. So as to make it easy to determine each of these places, when I do try them, I've contrived a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best any fast-food place can be! I gauge: 1) cleanliness; 2) quality service; 3) product quality and consistency; 4) in-store and drive-thru convenience; 5) accessibility; 6) taste; and 7) the personnel's attitude and customer service level. FYI, I do not review any location without visiting it a minimum of twice - this location dozens of times. This place scores 2.0 of 5. I may not come back and don't recommend them anymore! One last thing, I've come to the conclusion that their products overall are no longer of the quality we enjoyed in years past - their chicken parts are much, much smaller, less tasty and juicy and the seasonings must have the enhancement of the additional sauces for improvement - very little meat anymore too, the batter texture is hard and too crispy and thick, and their traditional well-respected flavor and seasoning is not worth the effort, and yet more expensive! My friend and I just finished a round of golf. We were in search of a fried chicken place. We spotted a few and finally decided on this place. This is definitely one of the better Popeyes I've been to. The place was busy with patrons. I ordered an eight piece half spicy and half regular. The chicken came out quick. The chicken tasted freshly cooked and they were juicy. The chicken breasts were also juicy which is a rarity when I order fried chicken. I was even more impressed with the size of the chicken. Even the wings were of nice size. My wife enjoyed those as they are her favorite. I will definitely return to this location when I'm in the area. read more

Staff very helpful, someone parked in the handicapped parking to "run in" for mobile order, very annoying as my dad does not walk well. Tables clean but I find the decor and l Bathrooms a little shabby. I do like the glass mosaic though! We had number 1s with soda. I saw the sandwiches come up fresh, but they do cool quickly. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I ordered my food ahead of maybe 6 or 7 people. My order wasn't a big order. It was a sandwich combo and a number 7. However, I didn't get my order until everyone in the store got theirs. I asked the lady at the register if they lost or forgot my order, her response was "oh, I'll make it right now. UNACCEPTABLE. Meanwhile, as I was waiting for her to make my order, I noticed on of the employees making sandwiches, while eating and drinking, and cleaning not once changing her gloves. The staff was fairly rude and had attitudes as if they didn't feel like working. One of the cashiers even made a comment saying that she was looking forwards to her 4 days off. Nope, this wasn't it. Play some mobile orders, should have been easy. There were two orders, they actually mixed orders up and left some parts of the other order. They ran out of just what every pop except Dr pepper. Even got some attitude when we requested the things that we were missing. Manager "Annabelle" should be sacked. This has to be the worst Popeyes location I've ever been to. Of my three experience at this specific Popeyes. They were all bad. The first time I came. I got the flounder sandwich and it was terrible. It was not fresh. It was overcooked and it took forever to get I went through the drive-through to order. The second time I went. I placed an online mobile order and it still took about 25 minutes to receive my order I had also paid for additional ranch dipping sauces, which they did not include so then I had to go in and request them and they let me know that they did not have them. This is bad customer service you cannot charge me for something not have it and then just completely skip over that the third time I went to this location it was the exact same scenario as the second time 20-25 minute wait for a mobile order. We are not talking about 20 pieces of chicken. We're talking about 20 to 25 minutes for a single combo.
