I drove 20 miles bc we live in Anacoco to get Popeyes chicken. I looked up their menu on Leesville location. I walked in and order two signature four pieces. The attendant said $19.00. I showed him the Popeyes menu that was listed on Leesville. It was $6.29 each. He told me he couldn't honor the price. so I left without chicken. After I got home is when I got upset. I looked on Popeyes app and I could have gotten 3 pieces for $5. If the clerk had told me another option for 4 pieces for close to $10 I would have taken the $5 three pieces special. Did a $84 order on Sat 6/13 Went and picked up, they were super busy. Took a chance on not checking the food and got home and most ALL my order was wrong and what I did get looked like it had been cooked for 12 hours and just sitting under a light. Ordered because I was having guest, was so embarrassed, didn't have food to serve..Tried to call the store about 8 times and no answer. Tried to call next day, no answer. Went online and tried to get help through customer service. Noone replied to me till Tuesday telling me they need a picture. You want a picture of chicken I bought 4 days ago and already thru in the trash? Maybe if you had responded to my emails you would have gotten a picture! I have gone to this Popeyes less than a handful of times and the services are not great. My order was constantly missing an item. In the drive thru the screen to look at the menu and I can barely see the items on the screen. The wait time to get your order is ridiculously long. I went to the drive through and my soda was watered down I parked the car to go and fill up my soda from the inside. I explained to the worker what I was doing and he said no you already left you can't get a refill . I said I never left I went to the drive through and came in because my soda was watered down. I came to Leesville today visiting my sister, wanted to grab some food before we headed home after an outing. Stopped here and ordered a 16 piece family meal which comes with 3 sides; which i ordered 2 mashed potatoes & 1 Mac and cheese, also ordered a extra side which was a large red beans and rice. (Totaling $60). When my order was ready i grabbed it and walked straight to the car, upon checking my bag I realized it was only three sides and one was missing which was the mac and cheese, going back into the restaurant with my receipt I told a employee what I was missing (which she remembered) she then went and tried to get it but KIRA MORE (who had an attitude) told her to tell me "she need to see the bag". Came back in with the bag and she falsely stated it was two bags with sides in it . She then accused me of HIDING the bag in my car ?! Which I then implied them to check the car ! (Didn't want to check) She continued to try and make it seem like we were upset about the mac and cheese when it was THE PRINCIPLE. We paid our money and want what we ordered ! After her not giving our mac and cheese we asked for a refund which she continuously denied ! So we decided to call corporate and come back in the morning. Kira Moore who apparently is the manager refused to give me a refund on a 58 dollar purchase, that was immediately brought back because the order was missing an item, an item she implied I was hiding in my car in a attempt to get a free one. It takes 20 mins or more to get through the drive through. They never get the order right. I was handed a bag of food, then I asked for more BBQ sauce. 10 mins later they hand me another bag of food realizing the first bag was the wrong order. I finally get what was supposed to be my order with 4 things of BBQ sauce only to get home to realize I ordered white meat and got dark meat, mild instead of spicy, and dripping with grease.
