Some of the worst customer service I've ever had. I did an online order. They said they tried to call me three times while I was holding my phone and it never rang I called them up when it said order canceled online, and they said they tried to call and since I didn't answer, they canceled the order I'd have to order again. I go online and try to order again when I did they canceled that order and the guy called me. It rang once and hung up. I called back. He said that it was a security violation because I wouldn't answer my phone before when he called, they will not deliver. Very rude!!! read more

I read a lot of super horrible reviews about this place, and to you guys I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I'm new to Leeseville so this is my first time coming to the dominos here and I did not experience any negative things. I ordered two pizzas and 2-liter coke online at 7:26pm, it was ready for pick up at 7:45! I picked it up it was warm, super good pizza hit the spot! I would like to give this location 0 stars if it were a thing I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza nothing special with the dominos app and after 30 mins it said it was ready. The food was cold. Also, they added a ton of garlic to the crust, which really upset me because I didn't ask for that. It was a Hawaiian pizza so the garlic made it taste like crap. About a week or two ago my family ordered pizza around 6/7 for carry out, because I was told there drives don't except $100. So we pull to the drive threw window and wait there for about 5-10 minutes waiting on someone to give us our food. The dominos worker,Gabriel, finally comes to the window, first off he is RUDE!!!! After getting our order and trying to pay for the food, he says I can't take the $100. Might I just say our food was around 50 bucks now I could understand if our food was 10 bucks paying with a $100 but it wasn't like we were going to take all of their change. He didn't say sorry for the inconvenience or anything. What if I didn't have another form of payment? That would have been $50 dollars worth of food down the drain. We are about to leave when I asked my husband to get some garlic butter, the worker said hold on let me check your ticket. I then say I know it's not on there I will pay for it. He ignores my comment and said it's not on the ticket. So now I can't pay for something I wanted afterwards literally 2 garlic cups cost a $1 and some change. I decided to take the time to update my review. Yesterday I ordered from Domino's again. Apparently I am a glutton for punishment. Never have I received quality from this establishment. It's a shame for such a nice looking building to be filled with so many bad employees. It's like have a killer pizza, then taking all the toppings and cheese off and seeing that nasty red under-cooked dough. Anyways, I ordered from my app and was notified that my order was ready. I drove up to the drive thru, which is my usual mistake. Despite them not appearing too busy on the inside, they made sure I waited to receive my already finished food. The great part this time was that their window was open. I rang the buzzer one time after about five minutes of hearing some employees carrying on a conversation. After another five minutes I rang the buzzer two times. The response was swift, except it wasn't my food. Instead I heard an employee say, "if he rings that buzzer one more time I'm going to rip it off the wall." Eventually the eloquent pizza-maiden arrived. She asked for the name of my order. Once I told her, she stared at me as if I was the one that was confused. I began to wonder if my name was truly my name. After some deep soul searching, I then repeated my name. She looked it up and asked if I had already paid. I said yes. I guess she didn't believe me. She asked how. I said with the app and a card. She handed me my food and walked away. All in all, I have never had a good experience here. Sadly it's the closest pizza joint near me. With places like Phillys and Foxes near enough, I will just go elsewhere. read more

Although it's been a few years since this happened I felt it was very important to write this review. A few years ago I was an active duty soldier stationed at Ft Polk. I ordered some stuff from dominos. Although my food was ok, the delivery man forced his way into my barracks room. I believe if my male friend wasn't there the delivery man would have done me some sort of harm. I called the business to complain, but they seemed not to believe me. I have not nor would I ever order anything from any dominos ever again! They hire violent employees and give no consequence if their employees act unprofessional. Soldiers beware!! Ordered 3 pizzas at 10 am for youth group to feed kids at 12. Got there at 1230 to see where they were and hadn't been made even. Amber started them said would be done in 15 minutes and apologized I was annoyed but went to get check. Got back Amber was gone and the two people in the store said I had no order not even in oven no concern empathy nothing. I was pretty mad by this time, Amber walked in from a delivery I told her what they had said and she got my order together and gave us a brownie. I caught the 2-liter soda as I was there but I was still missing my marinara sauce and my icing for the chocolate dessert. We called to let the manager know that all of our food was burned and over cooked. The person on the phone was so rude and would not tell me there name and hung up on me . I was not rude or even upset at first I was just going to have them remake or order not after the way they acted. I call back and a man answered the phone and gave me a woman's name Carla I asked them to please repeat their name and again a man telling me Carla I ask to speak with a manager 8 minutes later a person named Blake get on the phone I ask him are you the same manager that hung up on me he tell me we have many managers working in the store and that he didn't hang up on me. I never told him why I was calling but he knew that all of the food was burned . I told him I understand that things happen but this has been the 4 time we gotten food from Dominos and some things is wrong. He let me know that the old Fox's pizza had opened a new store if I wanted to see if there pizza was better. By the way it is so from now on we will eat there . As a contractor I have worked at many Domino's and pizza places stores across the nation and have never experienced a work environment like this. Employees are unprofessional and do not like outsiders! Don't wasted your time for a part time job here. Food is ok and prepared to Domino's standards. Food has been good but at the newest location, they're supposed to deliver to the area where I live. Their website claimed that all we could do was get carry out. While my husband and I were away on vacation, my mom who was staying at our home, was able to call and have them deliver to our house. So when we got back, we tried to order online and again the website stated that all that was available to us was carry out. So my husband called up to order and mentioned that they needed to update their website. They just acted like it was no big deal. With that attitude, they're going to hemorrhage business before long. read more

For 6 people, the girl taken my order messed it up & when I asked them to make it right they charged me more money for an order that was already way to high for a mediocre product & tried to charge me a second delivery charge when I insisted they make it right. I really like Dominos. I got a little frustrated the last time I ordered from them. They NEVER attend the drive thru pick up window, and I really wasn't in a position to where I could get out of the car. The lady two vehicles ahead of me in the drive thru told me she waited there 45 minutes before going in. She has a lot more patience than I if she waited that long. One of the workers was kind enough to bring my food out to my car, but I had not paid for it yet so I ended up having to go in anyway. When I informed him I hadn't yet paid, he said nothing then immediately walked back into the restaurant and started griping at the other worker about how she had him take the items out to me when I haven't paid yet. I agree that wasn't a smart move. My point is, why have a pick up window if you're not going to man it and don't bicker like children in front of your customers. That's not professional.
