If I said to put the items on the side then they would've done that but since I didn't ask it was pointed as my fault. Then I asked if they can fix it and they said no. I left mad. My husband went back in. They talked it over, same guy that helped me; finally agreed they will fix it this one time but next time we need to ask. ( How do you ask about extra ingredients that aren't even on the menu? ) The food was decent eating it. We 100% would've been back for a dinner party in a couple weeks if their service was better. But we're going to take our time and money elsewhere, especially becauseof food allergies. The basic product is Cream Base, a Mix-In, and a Drizzle. You can add more toppings as you like. The shop is housed in a masterfully restored building downtown, decorated tastefully and comfortably. They get a lot of foot traffic from tourists downtown and its always fun to watch a group of children come in and watch them make the curled creme through the glass barrier around the frozen slabs they build it on. The owners are normally on-site and it's obvious they enjoy seeing customers satisfied with the product. From time to time they sell fried fruit pies and cake pops.
