This Popeyes was my first and only experience with the chain restaurant. We really like it. The chicken is always tender, never dry. It always tastes fresh. The biscuits are flaky and moist, they are not hard as a rock, or dry. So good. I now know why people have raves about Popeyes. read more

This is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. It's the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Period when it comes to customer service they're always closing down early. And if you're ordering from their delivery, don't count on it ever making it to you. You can order online, but that doesn't stop the employees from shutting the restaurant early and you never get your order. read more

The service there is horrible, the food there is never cooked properly that is if that have the item u ask even though it's on their menu. When they have specials or coupon you can never order those items because the machine doesn't work. After having to pay full price for a meal I had a coupon for the food was not prepared properly and had to recooked once I got it home. read more

I'm sorry but this location is one of the worst Popeyes to visit. They were really good during the chicken sandwich days but somehow they fell off. My order is never right. I drive an hour to get to these guys and get disappointed every time. These guys need a complete overhaul. Customer service is horrible, no hello how's your day, just a sour puss face screaming the over priced chicken order at you. Don't ask for napkins or anything like that you just might get cussed out. Needless to say I will not be visiting this location again. I'll drive a little farther down the highway to Chicken Express where I always get good food and great customer service.. read more

Subject: Concern Regarding Customer Service at Popeyes Paris, TX Dear Franchise Owner, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience our company recently had at your Popeyes location in Paris, Texas. We purchased lunch for our staff and medical providers, and the interaction with the manager, Brockana Parker, was extremely unprofessional and discourteous. During our visit, members of my staff politely asked for a to-go bag. Ms. Parker responded by telling them to "go sit down and eat it," despite the fact that the order was clearly intended to be taken back to our office. Her tone and behavior toward our staff were unnecessarily rude and disrespectful. What was even more concerning was witnessing the way she treated other customers in the restaurant, including elderly patrons at the counter. The lack of patience, professionalism, and basic courtesy was shocking. As the owner of two medical practices, I understand the importance of leadership, customer service, and representing a business well. In all my years managing teams and serving the public, I have rarely encountered someone handling the front end of a business with such poor judgment and lack of professionalism. If this manager is representing your franchise, it reflects very poorly on your establishment. Our experience left us genuinely disgusted and unlikely to return unless meaningful changes are made. Customer service should never leave patrons feeling belittled or unwelcome. I hope you will address this matter seriously and take steps to improve the professionalism and customer experience at this location. read more

Terrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude, unprofessional and had general distain for every customer waiting to be helped. Called the location the following day with the same hostility from the "general manager", no way to tell if that was who I actually spoke to as I was given two different names by other employees, then when I asked her directly for her name she said "I can't disclose that" she went on to defend the poor customer service saying "they're just kids and probably overstimulated". The entire experience was the worst dining experience and customer service interaction I have ever received. Sun Holdings LLC needs to take a very deep dive into the logistics of this establishment because it has been ran into the ground with extremely poor customer service and lack of care. read more

The worker called me a naughty word and spit in my drink, this wasnt any normal spit either it was the the thick mucus spit. And there was a black widow on the ceiling. END REVIEW read more

Ask for a 12 piece family meal they tell me they are out of chicken and only have tenders. Poor leadership!

This place needs a hard reset from the top down. I've seen better management at a dumpster fire. They short you on your order consistently, and the employees couldn't care less about doing their jobs with any sense of competency or pride. Clean the employee roster and start over because this ain't working. read more

Absolutely avoid this place. I paid for 2 meals which came to $27. We both had tenders combos and we got the tenders and drinks. No sauces, no fries, no biscuit, one that came with some nasty hard cheesy things (again no sauce that they supposed to come with) and and undercooked "cupcake", not even sure it was cooked in anyway. I would've checked the bag but I had to wait about 15 minutes for my 6 tenders while I watched the employees sit around and enjoy a huge meal together. When the employee finally brought the food to me & the other cars waiting he said "here i think this is yours" and walked away. Corporate needs to shut the fools down. read more

Love their food. Its always good and usually fresh. Its the service im so disappointed in. I can order a meal and the people at drive through are always rude. I very seldom get everything i order and you can tell they feel im a problem. I had to go inside and then they didnt have the rest of my order. They made 4 trips to my car so i got my full order. I just want what i paid for without getting attitude. Im really not sure what the problem is. If it wasnt for the food id never go back. I have friends who dont go there for the same reason. read more

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a place of business. The service from the manger was completely disrespectful and dismissive at Popeye's Chicken in Paris Tx on December 7, 2025, at approximately 5:45 PM. I requested a spicy chicken order, and the manager informed me that only mild was ready. I responded that I did not mind waiting for spicy to be prepared. She then told me they would not cook the order because it was "too much trouble." She did not mention being out of chicken or nearing closing time--which was not the case since it was only 5:45 PM and the business closes at 11 PM. Instead, she made it clear they simply did not want to prepare it. How can an owner condone this type of behavior in their business? At some point, customer service has to matter. Experiences like this drive customers away and reflect poorly on the establishment as a whole. read more

I am not able to reply to the manager on here that answered my complaint. Horrible customer service at Popeyes! Calling corporate is impossible and no offer from this manager to make this right. Just it won't happen again. I want my money back! Calling health department also. Do not recommend this nasty place! read more

Went to this Popeyes with a few friends on a road trip to Arkansas. Stopped here for dinner and couldn't have been more disappointed. It was clear that no one knew what they were doing. In the kitchen, we watched someone hand the cook tongs and they grabbed the end of them with their bare hands. That defeats the purpose of even using the tongs in the first place.... Aside from that, the bathroom lights didn't work in the men's bathroom. They said, "You better use a flashlight in there cause the lights don't work!" Oh... so I doubt the employees have been washing their hands. I used the women's bathroom which did have a light but that wasn't much better because I could see dead crickets on the floor. We also watched an employee take a smoke break outside who returned back in the kitchen, handling food. Never washed his hands and left a smoke stench behind him on his way back inside. We saw another employee put her hand down her pants to, what I assume, scratch something. Then start bagging items. All around, this place was disgusting. Don't eat here. It's nothing like Paris at all. read more

This is the Worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The chicken sandwich was all bread no chicken. The popcorn shrimp were microscopic. Fries were cold. Chicken tenders had been sitting out for a long time and were mostly dried out breading. Wasted $25. Should have went to taco casa. Our sodas and dipping sauce were the only items that were decent. read more

They're out of chicken and fries! How is that even possible. This is ridiculous. They need to be closed down. New management. Something.

This Popeyes is terrible. I live 45 miles away. stopped in to take home an 8 piece bundle and got home and the only thing in there was chicken. No biscuits no red beans & rice. I can't drive back to grip. This place has gotten horrible and after a 30 minute wait in the drive trough I won't return. read more

The Paris, TX store is rude. Waited 25 mins for a chicken sandwich (that I had ordered online the day before, they were out of buns, But did get other food.). So I went back to the store and they put the bag in my hand and closed the window. Never said a word to me. I was just making an attempt to get, what I had already paid for. This is not the first time they have been rude But, it will be the last. read more

If I could give zero or -10 stars I would! This place went to the dump about three years ago and has gone even farther in the last six months. Nasty filthy employees. Do not care. Today they are out of sweet tea because they don't have any sugar the dollar store is right across the street. They speak under their breath as if they don't want to talk to you. Trash cans are sitting out in the middle of the store, overflowing with trash, and there's three employees standing behind the counter just leaning on it with their back to the customers. Definitely not what Popeyes used to be. Macaroni and cheese was as old as I am dried up and nasty looking. Chicken was awful undercooked no flavor no spices. Don't go here. Mgmt walks around doing nothing. You can't eat in dining room without hearing cooks, cashiers and manager cursing yelling and screaming at each ......we ain't got no sugar! worthless customer service no human decency to make sure an order is correct poor attitude all around

The food was fine but I've never sat in a drive thru so long. 35 minutes!!! I don't know why we didn't drive off?‍

Employees do not seem to know what's going on in their restaurant. I doordash & was picking up an order in the drive thru was clearly closed (tables on chairs, no one at the counter). I get to the speaker to give the name and am told, quite rudely, "doordashes go on the inside". I figured maybe I was wrong and pulled out of line (after waiting 20 minutes) and parked my car only to reach a locked door & a much bigger line. This specific location has their phone turned off in order to avoid complaints, I assume. 0/10 read more

Horrible service at Paris, Texas location. Waited at drive through speaker for at least 15 minutes. When I finally drove around, the young lady told me that I would have to drive back around to the speaker to place my order after I had explained to her that couldn't get service at the speaker. she claimed that they were short staffed. I only saw 3 customers there the whole time I was there. Don't normally complain but I feel like this is a bit over the top. Won't waste my time going back to a place so poorly managed read more

We went to the drive thru. The menu had no power. The person on the speaker was rude.
