I am delighted to say that I had several very positive experiences at this particular Popeyes. I love fried chicken, but most Popeyes are not great for service and iffy with the food. As I was near there, I tried it one day for lunch, took it home and was delighted with the fresh taste and preparation of the product. I had a party coming up and usually I go to a fried chicken place about 15 miles away in order to get a quality product. After this experience with Popeyes, I decided I would order the chicken for my party at this particular Popeyes. All I can say is that everybody at the party was delighted with the quality of the product. We reheated it slightly. It retained its crunchiness and juiciness. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite. They were determined to have the order as I wanted it. I did not want a lot of wings and wanted more legs and they easily accommodated me. By far the worst Popeyes experience. No: - mac & cheese - corn - cole slaw Only condiment was ketchup. Told them twice my order was to stay. They still packed it up to go. Had to go ask for plates twice. Manager couldn't count past 3. There were 4 of us. The chicken wings were the size of pigeon knuckles and the drum sticks were the size of a baby thumb. My reason for giving only 2 stars is because after my last purchase they forgot to put in 4 biscuit's in my order. We did not realize it until we are home. Sitting down eating. LOVED THE CASHIER!! (maybe mexican? short man) he was so sweet and made sure to ask if i wanted any sauce or if i was missing anything else and even made a bit of conversation! I love Popeyes but this is the worst one I've been to. It's the closest one to where I work and they always get my order wrong when I go there or if I order on Uber eats. I go around lunch so 12 pm and it's empty and still have to wait for my food because they need to prepare it cause they ran out or there's no one in the front. Popeye's has the best fried chicken hands down. Never had an issue at this location. Ballsy move opening up across the street from KFC.

This location needs a visit from Undercover Boss. The location is great, main ave, corner lot with a good amount of seating. I visited this location for lunch on April 2 at 1:30pm. I ordered chicken tenders to be told that the store only has spicy chicken tenders for the day. She said I could get any other item in the 'naked' breading. That told me immediately that the chicken comes in pre-breaded and frozen. Oddly enough, that was surprising to me. The young female at the register was great and let me try a piece of the spicy before getting it. I wouldn't get spicy again though, too hott for me!! Next was that a drink came with the meal. After I was waiting for my food, a manager and employee were fixing the only soda machine which was giving out too much ice. After asking twice if I could fill my cup and leave (within a 7 minute period) the manager kept saying to give another minute. I couldn't wait anymore and just threw that cup away. They should have more than one machine OR to go liter bottles to take instead. I wasn't even offered a refund of the drink nor told about the machine being down ahead of time. When I got home to eat, the mash potatoss & gravy was on point. So was the biscuit. The chicken was too spicy to consume more than half of a tender. The mac and cheese was horrific. I've been a popeyes fan for over 15 years. Been to numerous locations. This location on Main Ave clearly has their own recipe that isn't the Popeyes recipe. It was totally disgusting. The cheese wasn't even the same texture. Kraft instant mac and cheese would have been a better option. Hope this place cleans up their act. Great location and brand to represent. read more

what a disappointment! came in with one person before me. By the time i placed my order and waited there were now 7 people INSIDE the store. the server drops the mash potatoes and starts to throw F bombs all over the place. while still serving commences to mop the mash on the floor and immediately go back to serving and taking orders. disgusting. the service took over 25 mins for what should have taken 5 mins. we have no spicy...what???? oh wait, it'll take 2 mins. ok. i will never go back to this location again and recommend you take a tour AWAY from this disaster of a Popeyes. The owner should be ashamed for hiring such inept people. read more

This is one of my favorite fast food chains ever, Popeyes. They have the best chicken wing and don't even let me get started with their French fries. The decorations of this store is relatively neat modern but, I rarely get the chance to actually dine at the chain restaurant. The store is not located at one of the best places to locate but after you go once you won't be able to miss it. read more

I walked up to Popeyes at 10:11am and the door was locked, The hours sat open from 10am-12am so I waited a few minutes and went back at 10:15 the door was still locked so I knocked on the glass and the manager came out and said we are closed and then I pointed to the hours and said you guys should be open it's 15 minutes past and the she said no 10:30 closed the door in my face laughed and walked away.
