Awful service, we ordered two Chicken sandwiches one with just pickles and one without pickles, no may no nothing else, we came back and told them they had mayo on them and they called us liars. So the manager is named Kevin and he is the lair in this situation, we just threw away 23$ and got called liars. I ordered 2 big boxes online today. I wanted to do a review online but the store number wasn't on the receipt. 1) waited for a LONG time. 2) I was missing 2 sides. 3) When I called, I was told that he had packed my order & wasn't sure that he had forgotten my sides. I am LIVID. My lunch break is 30 minutes. I had no time to go back & was told that it wasn't his fault that I didn't have the time to come back & that he wasn't sure that he hadn't put the sides in my order. My reply was that I don't have to lie, I've been there multiple times & the African American cashier is ALWAYS customer service friendly and ALWAYS checks the orders before I leave. I also stated that if it wasn't for HIM not preparing my order correctly, there wouldn't have been an issue at all! I don't have to lie about ANYTHING. I spent my money & should've recent order correctly. I understand that mistakes happen but to be treated like I was lying when HE made the mistake is unacceptable to say the least. This guy is a piece of crap and needs to be trained by the cashier who very obviously knows how to do their job & be customer service friendly. I'm pissed. I don't have to lie about a daggone $6 meal. Update: Went back after work & as soon as I walked in, I was pleasantly greeted and joked with. I spoke with the cashier & was told that the person I was pleasantly greeted by & joked with was the manager. He told me that he was the person I spoke with and graciously replaced my meal & gave me a drink for my trouble whilst continuously chatting & joking. He TOTALLY made up for this afternoon. Today I had another great chicken sandwich in Searcy, Arkansas. You know how advertisers show the picture of a mouth-watering chicken sandwich of a huge juicy chicken breast sandwiched in a fresh shinny bun. Well, for once you get exactly what you see. I'm beginning to sound like an advertiser, but the truth is their chicken is marinated, breaded and deep fried, which makes the sandwich so juicy along with the pickles and the dressing, and always has the same great taste (I had it several times). I realize this is a fast food joint. Take my word for it, it is not very fast. My coworkers and myself eat here 2 to 3 times a week. It is somewhat of a crap shoot on speed of food delivery. They need to get it together and start serving the customer. Put people in position to do the job. I would guess that lunch is their busiest time. They need someone taking orders that knows what they are doing. Lunch time isn't the time to train new help, I wouldn't think. There is a new chicken place going in about a quarter mile up the road, you may want to get it together. Food is good, once you finally get it. 6 of us walked out the other day after waiting on the new girl, for 10 minutes, to take one order. read more

We arrived at 11:30am and they had a house full of students off a bus but were hustling around and got everybody waited on in prime time and it was hot and delicious. Great job gang. Got home a few minutes ago with a drive-through order. It was supposed to be a 2pc dinner with red beans and rice. Instead, they gave me mashed potatoes with brown gravy for my side. The chicken was very good, but I'm very unhappy that my order wasn't correct. I don't care for instant potatoes and, in my opinion, cream gravy should be served with chicken. That's why I never order potatoes and gravy for a side. I'll think twice before I go to this Popeyes location again. read more

I showed up around 8:45, ordered through the drive thru. I didn't get any sauces I asked for, the cashier never smiled, said hello or thank you. I was asked to pull forward after waiting for a bit, I had to go INSIDE to get my order after going through the drive thru, cashier still never smiled. I never got any sauces, napkins, straws, and the biscuit tasted like a straight salt lick! Called someone that night and said a General Manager would get back to me today. I have yet to hear back, and I've called over 10 times and not one person has answered. Decent food, poor customer service so far. read more

This is simply a standard Popeyes location. It's a bit pricey for the food, compared to other similar restaurants, but the food itself is pretty good. The service is average, the seating inside is average as well. Nothing too special here. read more

I have always enjoyed Popeye's meals but lately the service has been awful. On several occasions items have been left out of my order--my bad because I did not check bag before I left. But tonight I ordered as usual--paid with debit card, given receipt and bag of food--put receipt in bag-- and before I could drive off was told, "Oh, we gave you the wrong order." I gave the bag back and was told to pull forward. Several cars after me left with food but mine never came. I went inside to check on it but was told I could not have it because I did not have my receipt. My bad again right!! The girl that waited on me said she didn't remember me because when she was working the window she just handed out food!! Well, she will not have to worry about handing this gal any more food because I will not be back. The owner needs to hire and TRAIN some responsible employees. read more
