It's very dangerous for your waistline. Everything we have tried has been delicious. The rolls/buns for the breakfast sandwiches are so soft and fluffy; as are the scrambled eggs inside. A pastry I had never heard of, Bostick, has stayed with me as a favorite. It has an almond paste in it so reminds me of almond croissant flavor. My husband loves their coffee - no lattes/espressos. Just coffee and cream. Just keep going back to try everything. The scones are large, delicate and different flavors to choose from. One of the most unique, fluffy and tasty blueberry scone I've ever tasted(I lived in Europe for a year traveling and sampling delights from Paris to Amsterdam and all over). The online menu looks fantastic! And the setting is attractive when you enter... HOWEVER, when you get there the breakfast sandwiches and kolaches are more bread than meat. The online photos are misleading as the meat portions are much smaller than pictured. Only 2 Klobasnesks to be seen, which we ordered. We were there at 7:30 on a Sunday morning ( their hours say they open at 7, so why the limited items?) You look at what's on display, pick it out & pay. Then they tell you to heat it up yourself in the self-serve microwave & recommend 30 seconds. So plan on waiting in line at the single microwave as the folks in front of you are doing this. Maybe add another self-station? They were out of napkins when we were there so I asked for more. The person behind the counter, wearing plastic gloves used for handling customer orders, came to the self serve station, opened a cabinet, got a stack of napkins, placed them in a small standing holder, and returned to behind the counter to handle other customer food items without changing gloves. The customer in front of us at the microwave appreciated the napkins but couldn't get any out of the holder because the worker stuffed them in so tightly! I had to help the customer pull some napkins out. Hard to heat then eat sticky pastries without napkins. We sat outside because indoors it's community seating at large tables. If you sit outside, get your items "to go" so you can close the box to prevent flies from sticking to your breakfast. We had "brisket" kolache but there were only 3 tiny pieces of beef on the item. More like having a roll for breakfast. Also had jalapeño Klobasnesk but the "all beef kielbasa" was sliced in half lengthwise to limit the protein. This was the first time we've had kolaches or klobasnesk with such dinky meat or sausages. it's not very hospitable: Guess this is why most folks were getting theirs to go. We were disappointed the protein offerings are so small and limited, but the cinnamon rolls are big, doughy, and have sugar and cinnamon mainly in the very middle if that's what you're wanting. read more

I'm from Little Rock and had heard about Wild Sweet Williams repeatedly from The Might Rib's Facebook page, both from him and commenters, and I was super excited about finally trying it out. I'm admittedly a baked goods snob, and had high expectations because of all the hype around this place, but I was pretty let down. We got a cinnamon roll and two flavors of kolaches. They were all fine, but just nothing special. The fillings on the kolaches were both solid (my boyfriend especially enjoyed them), but the actual pastry on all three items were just okay. The flavor was fairly bland, and the crumb just wasn't amazing. If your standard for baked goods is grocery store or chain bakeries, or the recipes on the back of packages for home baked goods, then this will probably be something you find spectacular. If you're used to higher end bakeries or recipes and techniques that require a certain level of skill and practice to perfect, then this probably won't be anything special. If I lived in Searcy I would probably go occasionally, but I would never go out of my way for it. read more

Headed to granddaughter's basketball game today and our son and daughter-in-law insisted we detour to Wild Street a Williams to pick up a few bakery treats .... and we were glad we did! Scones are the main attraction and I recommend one of each. They also offer a nice variety of kolaches, sweet or savory, the 3 I tried were as good as their scones. Coffee & cream were good. Wow! What a find! We found this delightful bakery after church while in town visiting friends. As we were walking up there was a constant stream of cars in and out of the lot so we knew we had come to the right place. The owner greeted us and answered all our questions about the delicious items in the case. We left with a scone, two kolaches and a muffin. All were amazing! First off, let me express how shocked I am at how few reviews there are on this page. I guess everyone knows enough about how great this place is that it's unnecessary to really spread the love via yelp. WELL I'MA DO IT ANYWAY. YA'LL THIS PLACE IS BANGIN. Seriously, I usually am just okay with scones but after I tried this place, my whole life changed. Colors became brighter, food tasted better, my hair got fluffier. In all seriousness, the scones at this place are incredible. It's great having this bakery available in the small town of Searcy! The most popular item is the blueberry scone (LEGIT) but my favorite treat is the strawberry white chocolate scone (VERY LEGIT) and of course, they also have other wonders available. The cinnamon rolls are huge and delicious, the breakfast sandwiches are salty and sweet, and the chocolate chip cookies are heavenly.
