I had one of the most pleasant dining experiences in my life here. Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was endearing, warm and hospitable. It felt like I was visiting a relative's home for dinner. Our waiter Matthew took great care of us and the manager Hope was a total sweetheart along with just about all of the staff. It warmed my heart to be in such a pleasant environment. Entree-wise, the Country Fried Chicken with white gravy SLAPS and so does the Loaded Sweet Potatoes and the Petite Filet Steak! Indeed 3.4 stars. My husband and I are visiting family, and they go on this restaurant frequently. We came for Mother's Day, which was crowded. The service is nice, a little bit louder the music, difficult to have a conversation. The food has a good portion of, a little bit salty if you don't use salt a lot. If you don't eat red meat, they have fish plates. Good price! They have a cool drink no alcohol and delicious bread. read more

Don't know why Texas Roadhouse is getting bad reviews. We eat here at least once a week. Consistently good rolls, excellent salad, and service. I usually get a filet and it is as good or better as any in a chain restaurant. By far, best in Searcy. read more

when we first walked in we were rudely "welcomed" by molly. just a horrible attitude overall and was rude to her coworker as well. after the first initial irritation, walking to our seat was disgusting since the floor was so sticky. we sat down with the rolls and no plates, but we got a really nice server named sylvia ann (who was new) so shoutout to her because she was very kind. she takes our order and says that they are out of ribs. HOW CAN TEXAS ROADHOUSE BE OUT OF RIBS ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON?!!!?????!!!?? so i had to settle for the pulled pork sandwich which was fine but the sauce was kinda sweet. this is the worst texas roadhouse i've ever been to tbh read more

Texas Roadhouse in Searcy was absolutely Amazing! The Host were super wonderful and polite. Had great smiles and asked how we were. Alexis was our server and she was incredible! Took great care of my family and me, and was never inappropriate joking or anything. The Food was Great I got the 12oz Ribeye and it was cooked to Perfection and the side was made from scratch. Dinner for my birthday today. We ordered an appetizer, a good ten minutes before ordering dinner. We didn't receive the appetizer until after my salad was delivered. I then had the recommended Filet Medallions, minus the rice. I was able to add mushrooms in place of the rice. Well, I'm not going to recommend either. The medallions were very dry... I'm not sure where the "sauce" was that supposed to be served over them. Additionally, they were more like thin-cut mock tenderloins you get at Walmart than tender fillets! To add insult to injury, the sautéed mushrooms were burnt and the baked potato was completely dry; I had to ask for butter and sour cream. My hubby had "Chicken Critters" with green beans and steak fries. He didn't eat much of any of it, but he didn't really complain much. My brother had a sirloin and a loaded baked potatoes ( again... more insult since he got his the way he liked it) The place is crazy-busy, even at 4 pm. However, I counted at least 16 different servers, so there's no reason any customer should be ignored. Our server stayed well on top of our drinks but not the dirty dishes. They were piled up as we were trying to clear out our tab. I will say they keep the restaurant pretty clean, even with how busy they are. Since cooks can of days, about the only real thing I can say that would keep me from going back is that one of the servers was making it clear to anyone within ear shot that she was "not working a double today...". Those conversations don't belong right next to your dining customers. That's probably my biggest turn off. We don't want to hear the heartaches of the restaurant business. I've worked in many restaurants in my younger days and I can tell you we would be fired if we let the customer hear anything other than how we can help our customers to enjoy their experience. Especially when we are paying at least $20/ meal. Hoping the next visit is an improvement. Otherwise, it will likely be my last visit. read more

Service was good Isaac was very quick and always checked on us. The 20oz Bone in ribeye was an absolute joke. I 100% have had thicker steaks at Waffle house. Asked for medium rare wasn't even close. I did ask to speak to a manager and questioned the steak portion. Was told that it shrinks once it's put on the grill (we know). This is true but if you would like to see a true 20oz Bone in Ribeye that I cooked last week look at my profile picture. One of my favorite places to sit down and eat a good steak. I am really glad they finally got a good restaurant in Searcy.

For the most part, the food was good. However, the music was so loud, we had to literally yell to carry on a conversation. I asked the hostess if she could reduce the volume. She said she would see what she could do. A few minutes later, a woman arrived and asked us how our meal was. I said the meal was OK, but it was hard to enjoy it because of the loud music. I asked her if I could speak with the manager. She said she was the manager and she said she would not turn the music down. Another couple seated close to us also complained about the loud music. A third-party showed up and also complained about the loud music. In my conversation with the manager, I explained we would not be back. Obviously the manager did not care about losing the business of three tables of customers. Maybe when enough customers do not return, this chain will also bite the dust as so many are failing during this time. read more
