Service was good and friendly. My disappointment is with some of the food. I love the red beans and rice and ordered two large ones with my meal. They apparently were out of the large containers so they substituted 3 smalls each. no problem It's been done before, except I'm normally told. The disappointment comes when I get home and it's more like rice with a bit of red beans. As if they were rationing out the remaining beans? Disappointing to say the least. read more

The food was actually good, the music is actually catchy and since there's almost nobody around inside the restaurant it's more calm, and great employees but there were some flaws like the bathroom problem because the floor is sticky and the tables were a little stained but hey at least I enjoyed would kind of recommend :) read more

The manager was a literal asshole and needs to be taught some manners. there shouldn't have been all the yelling that happened tonigh. the employees were awesome though. the made the food fresh and continued to work efficiently even with that manager screaming at them every secon. read more

If I could give a zero I would "not good" doesn't even cut it. We work for a food delivery service and the conditions we came across were deplorable. The outside had a lot of trash and smelled of cat urine of all things. When you enter the establishment it smelled of old bad chicken all we could do to stand inside to wait on the order. I'd give it zero stars if I could. Although the food is good the staff is terrible. I always leave angry - sometimes without food! They definitely need a new manager and someone needs to train the staff on how to be friendly and personable. Recently, my daughter wanted their mashed potatoes and gravy . We got to the drive thru menu about 9:30 pm - they were out of most everything. No chicken, no strips, no sandwiches and for sides they only had a couple of those left. Mind you - it's 930 and they don't close until 10 - there were multiple cars in the drive thru but they weren't cooking anymore food. Why were they even still open? Total waste of time. read more

Stopped for breakfast. Terrible mistake. Terrible. Hash brown bites were literally cold. Chicken biscuit was piping hot. Had to wait a few minutes. First bite amd it tastes like chemical cleaner. I didn't even try to swallow it. Worse thing I have ever tried to eat. Cashier had on a nice shirt advertising for a funeral home. That was cheerful. Worse experience I have had in a long time. Once again. Less than one star is not an option. Just ordered ice cream, and the tub she gave me was soft. That should have been the first clue that something was awry. There were no utensils. I opened it and syrup flowed immediately out, into my lap, onto my hands, everywhere. The ice cream had been frozen and refrozen enough times that there was a layer of hard sugar at the top. I would give 0 stars if it were an optio. This location has signs recommending and encouraging the usage of masks but the staff doesn't comply. There was a young man behind the cash register that had his mask on properly but other than that every one had nose out or mask off. Most of the other customers were not wearing masks either. The establishment is not very clean either. The drive through was very long so my husband and I went inside and chose to wait for our order in the parking lot. Should be shut dow! They should not be able to use the name Popeyes. The employees are rude and they don't greet you upon entering. They always seem to have an attitude about something. They always look dirty and sloppy but, I actually saw one of the employee's entire pair of underwear from behind. The worst part of it was, he was wearing a belt. I guess it was too much to ask for him to make sure the pants were above his butt before buckling it. Sometimes they don't have any chicken. There was a one hour wait today for chicken. A Popeyes with no chicken is worse than a McDonald's with no burgers. This Popeyes has been awful for years. I guess it's in a small town so they manage to get away with it. read more

simple. Shut it the f*** down. Waited in line for 40 minutes to finally make it to the menu. After waiting 10 minutes to no response from the speaker I pulled to the window just to be told the card machine is down. I know they just be slacking on Sundays cause they know people have to eat their mediocre ass chicken since CFA isn't open. Worst service we have ever had in the drive thru. I know that the drive thru's are doing a lot of business right now, but they were not backed up. I told the girl we needed a minute to look at the menu because we were unfamiliar with it. I could not believe how rude she was and how she rushed me after I ordered one meal and was asking my husband what he wanted. I even heard her mumbling before she cut off the mike. Lastly I ordered a fried pie, which was left out of our order. When we drove to the window she handed out the food and NEVER even spoke! I sat there til she opened the window and asked if we wanted something else. I just said thank you, just to make her speak. I could understand if we took too long deciding, but we didn't! I wish I knew her name, because she certainly did not represent Popeyes in a good light. On a good note, the food was delicious and the price was fine.
