They have a nice selection of vitamins, minerals, other supplements, bulk foods and more. I'm surprised how much they've been able to pack into their little space. I really like their cosmetic section. They have a ton of natural products from brands such as Jason, Derma E, Kiss my Face and more. They have products here that I have not seen in other places such as Noah's; the prices are way less too! The price for vitamins and other supplements are generally less compared to other health foods stores as well, but the bulk food is a bit pricey. They do not sell any produce. The place is not too organized and it can take time to find what you're looking for. The staff here is not helpful and they don't offer any help. They seem to be pretty distracted with personal matters such as talking on the phone or blankly looking at the walls. You're pretty much on your own here. I'll come back here because they have most of my vitamins, other supplements and natural beauty products for less here. If you need any recommendation for health products, I would skip this place.

I love that she has a selection of fresh herbs that she dispenses so no worries of careless customers contaminating the herbs. The herbs are well priced too. The female employee's attitude was dismissive and rude from the beginning, but I decided to ignore it and proceed with my purchase. When she asked for my membership phone number, I gave her the last four digits first. Instead of politely asking for the number, she responded with, "What?" in an irritated tone, as if I was supposed to know exactly what she wanted. She then told me to give her the entire phone number. After completing the purchase, I simply asked if there were any complimentary items, such as a water bottle or other promotional gift. She bluntly replied that nothing was included and that I could buy one if I wanted. It wasn't what she said as much as the way she said it cold, dismissive, and unprofessional. I have been shopping at this location for a long time. On previous visits, after spending a certain amount, I was often given promotional items, and during my last purchase I even received a complimentary strap. I wasn't expecting a free gift today, and I would have been perfectly fine if none were available. The issue was never the promotional item. It was the employee's attitude and the lack of basic customer service. Because of how I was treated, I decided to return my purchase and get a refund immediately. I'd rather buy my supplements somewhere else than support a store where customers are treated this way.

I recently discovered their pasture raised eggs by Alderwood Farms and love the taste and rich orangey colour of the yolks. This deep colour is always an indication of the grass and bugs these happy chickens are eating outdoors! And I don't mind paying extra for these eggs that come from happy chickens because they are double the nutrients compared to standard eggs from grain fed, indoor caged chickens.
