Now, the downside of this place is that their stock isn't listed online. I really think they should consider expanding their online presence, as more people would likely visit if they could see what's available. That said, I gave them a call and they confirmed they had what I needed, albeit a different brand than I usually take. After doing some research, the brand seemed reliable and is third-party tested, so I decided to pick it up. Prices were cheaper than Amazon and Healthy Planet for the product I wanted, and more cost-effective than my usual brand. However, prices can be higher on other items, and they don't price match, so it's worth doing some research. They also have a loyalty or membership program to collect points. I was in a rush, so I didn't get to sign up or explore the store fully, but they carry a wide range of products. It's great to have a local spot, and I'll definitely give them a call next time before ordering from Amazon if I'm in the area.

Typically I have not had a great experience in this store as I find the owner to be rather arrogant... as in, his opinion is the only one that's right, despite what my Doctor has told me. Perhaps I'm a sucker for punishment but I occasionally stop by, when our regular nutritional supplement store is out of stock of something, hoping the customer service has gotten better. Unfortunately, it has never been the case but today... today was different!. He was actually helpful, offered advice and was really quite personable. This store was wide and even longer going back! I happen to stumble upon their customer appreciation, 2023-06-01 to 04. There were balloons and music at the entrance. And here i thought it was a grand opening. They have 15%+ off everything in-store.  Some are even 60% off. If you spend over $100, you get a gift bag. I bought a supplement, which is usually $36.99, where I normally buy it. Their list price was $31.99, and I get 15% off! A no-brainer. Then I found a granola package with an oatmeal cookie crunch at 50% off, so I bought that too! There were lots of staff around, and they were eager to help. I don't know if there would be that many staff if it were not a customer appreciation event. There had everything that any health store would sell, but in a massive store. Then, they also had two long aisles, with food items dispensed like at Bulk Foods. There is free WiFi. Though I'm not into supplements, I saw a lot of natural foods I liked, such as organic snacks, non-GMO/gluten free snacks, organic tea, Asian tea and dieter tea. Sometimes they have sales and when I dropped by, all things in their display case were 50% off, so SCORE!. In addition, I asked some personal health questions and the lady in the morning was very friendly and answered all my questions. So this place has great service and a good selection of health stuff.
