Now, the downside of this place is that their stock isn't listed online. I really think they should consider expanding their online presence, as more people would likely visit if they could see what's available. That said, I gave them a call and they confirmed they had what I needed, albeit a different brand than I usually take. After doing some research, the brand seemed reliable and is third-party tested, so I decided to pick it up. Prices were cheaper than Amazon and Healthy Planet for the product I wanted, and more cost-effective than my usual brand. However, prices can be higher on other items, and they don't price match, so it's worth doing some research. They also have a loyalty or membership program to collect points. I was in a rush, so I didn't get to sign up or explore the store fully, but they carry a wide range of products. It's great to have a local spot, and I'll definitely give them a call next time before ordering from Amazon if I'm in the area.

Some supplement stores have part time workers who dropped out of their 'personal training' positions and the career path chosen lacking interest (for the sake of money) penetrates through the grunts and moans when their attention is called for assistance!! If you want REAL honey from a REAL bee keeper, this is the place to go. Alexandre has sold his…read morehoney locally for many years. He has an apiary out in the country and sells it from this store a few days a week (see hours - they're limited!) The label on his jars read "Royal Bee Castle" which is another name to which the store is sometimes referred. He has organic, non-pasteurized honey and honey products. Today, he had 3 varieties of honey, and he'll tell you exactly what plants the bees were visiting that resulted in each variety. This is not liquid (pasteurized) honey. It is semi-solid most of the year. In the fall, when it is first gathered, it is liquid for a short time. Pasteurization removes all the beneficial qualities of honey, and there are many. His online presence is practically non-existent, but here's one quote I found; "This honey is personally processed in small batches by professional beekeeper Alexandre Obnovlennyi. It is produced only from plant nectar, artificial sugar free, absolutely not heated or pasteurized...".

My question was "Is it food grade?" and without trying to answer you decided that you didn't want to sell to me. This wasn't an "off" day for her, this is who she is ... she is very obviously emotionally (and most likely mentally) unstable.  I have been ordering bulk herbs from Premier Herbal for several years now. Dr. Kay Vohra (is who you will be dealing with if you purchase from this company) has always had a sharp, unfriendly and ill-tempered personality. I have worked hard over the years to look past this (no judgement - not everyone has a friendly disposition in life) I always tried to deal with her as little as possible and merrily go about the rest of my day. And that worked fine, UNTIL I moved across the country. She knew I moved, she had all my updated information sent to her in an email - that she acknowledged.  So when she made the mistake of sending my order to my old address, (things like this can happen - I get that) but when she told me that it was my fault, that it was my responsibility to have double checked with her that she labeled the shipment correctly - I was left stunned. She outright blamed me for her mistake and could not see how the error was hers. She went even further by demanding (oh yes, demanded) that it was my responsibility to have double checked with her that she labeled my shipment correctly.  Not only did she NOT help in tracking down the shipment (I was left on my own to track it down), she ignored any further attempts on my part to contact her, to coordinate a solution with her over this debacle - both via email and phone.  Refusing to correct her error, she left me and the other person who now had my order, to figure things out on our own. In the end, I had to pay an additional 25% of my overall order cost (cheapest option available, but still expensive) in shipping due to her error, to get it to me from the east coast to the west. I eventually did get her on the phone, way after the fact, but all she did was yell at me. Literally.   She came through the phone so loud that other people could hear her yelling at me, going on about how the whole situation was my fault (again, how am I even remotely responsible for putting the wrong address on the shipment? She is a small business so she does all the shipping/receiving there - no idea how she can believe this is my error). I was completely unable to say anything during that last "communication" - not for lack of trying. Anytime I tried to interrupt her tirade of yelling and literal screaming, she only got louder and more belligerent towards me.  I will openly admit it was hurtful to be treated like this. I felt utterly attacked. And especially after the THOUSANDS of DOLLARS  that I have spent with her company. All she had to say was "Here is a new shipping label, I'll send it to the person who has your large order, and we'll get it sorted."   It all could have been handled so much better on her part. I can clearly see that she needs professional help for her behavioral issues. I truly hope she gets the support she needs. If you have read this far, please take my words seriously: If you want to be treated with respect, make your purchases elsewhere. She is unprofessional, rude and unstable.
