The owners are really nice, and true to their word, they do their best to keep their prices low. To this end, sometimes they don't have something in stock, because they can't get it for a good price. Or they have a lot of something else, because that was how they could get a good price point. There can be virtue in calling ahead to see if they have what you need in stock. And they will always do their best to get something for you if they don't have it. We love supporting a local store, especially when run by really decent human beings. Highly recommend.

I personally think we should take medical and nutritional advice, including on supplements, from holistic licensed professionals, but as far as alternative-health knowledge goes, the staff here are always willing to help and to share their own experience and what they've heard from customers. Prices are very reasonable for the quality items they sell. Highly recommend.
