They have tours and so many different candies to try and great gifts for the sweets lovers in your life. One thing that my minis are a fan of are the "make your own chocolate" so you can create custom treats. The chocolate is delicious and you get a decent selection of options to include for your custom treats. It's fun to do on a random day if you're trying to find things to do as a family or it'd be a cute day date tbh. Would I come back? Yes, always.

She said she was in another state due to a family emergency. This of course happens to everyone and is more than an understandable reason to be unable to deliver on an order... but the fact that she did not notify me or cancel my order left my scrambling to replace my order locally. Lack of clear communication (or rather no communication at all) left me really upset and in a difficult spot for my event.

She snapped at me multiple times, the first time when she offered us samples she my son asked her a question. We got a custom box and she was very impatient and aggressive while we chose our chocolate. She told us one price for the box, but it was $6 more at the register. I asked about it and got snapped at again when she could've told us the price varies to begin with. Then, after she rung me up, she dropped the box and half of it fell on the ground. I patiently waited for her to replace the pieces that fell. Then when I didn't answer a question she asked how she wanted me to, she yelled at me. What a terrible experience.
