My Neighbor has had their popcorn about 20 times since I've picked it up for him when I order mines, and he has never been but describes it as the best popcorn that he's ever had. This place has the usual Chicago-style mix with cheese and caramel combo, what is cool is you can mix any of their different cheese flavors with the caramel for different flavors. I stuck with a few cheese flavors: Backyard BBQ (which had a Smokey flavor), cheddar bacon and cheese ranch. Well-seasoned with great flavor, these were really good. Just wish they had some other non-cheese savory flavors. Customer service was fantastic and they allowed me to sample some flavors prior to buying. I gave 2 stars because my daughter placed an order 2 days ahead to buy 18 small bags for her daughter's classroom. She got to the store just when it opened and they were full of excuses as to why they were not ready and available. The store was dirty and there was garbage piled up and not emptied, the floors were dirty and sticky and had popcorn scattered all over and the ceiling is black dirty. . WHAT HAPPENED THAT PLACE USED TO BE SO CLEAN AND THE WINDOWS WERE SPOTLESS. THEY HAVE A GREAT PRODUCT, but if the store is dirty, how clean is the handling of the popcorn? I love their popcorn it's not nearly as greasy as Garrets! My favorite combo is their KISS- combination of cheese and Carmel fused together and I mix that with their Cheese flavor to tone down the sweetness, its finger licking good and it is to die for! However, with this being said, as I am writing this review on Friday, March 12, 2021, I am eating their kiss combo Cheese and Carmel and looking inside the bag for a napkin with none in sight. This is very common with them, if you don't ask for any napkins you won't get any either. If you remember to ask for napkins which you shouldn't have to, they are very stingy with them. This is their biggest down fall! This is why they received four stars instead of five. My .80 size bag cost me $10.73. I love trying out different popcorn places. I was able to find another one in my area. Customer service was great. The man who assisted me was a huge help and I was able to sample some popcorn. Unfortunately, I can't remember the prices or the exact size bags I bought; But, their prices are very reasonable. I love the fact they have various bag size customers can choose to purchase. I ordered 2 (large?) bags of cheese and Caramel mix. I also order the smallest size of cheese kiss Caramel. Mannnn.. the cheese kiss caramel is my favorite!! I love the amount of caramel that's coated on the popcorn. Its a thicker coating. Surprisingly, I still got the flavor of the cheese. The caramel didn't over power the cheese flavor. It's really good.. I wish I would of got it in a larger bag! The cheese and classic caramel mix was okay. The cheese popcorn wasn't as cheesy as I like it to be and the same with the caramel. The classic caramel had thin coating.. I taste more of the popcorn than the actual caramel. I would definitely go back for their cheese kiss caramel and try their other flavors. I am a big fan of Mo Betta Chedda and Caramel mix (chicago mix). On top of that they have a cheddar caramel popcorn so that you can get both flavors in one bite every single time! The service is excellent, they give free samples and they have varying flavors to fit your taste as well as your budget. Whenever I'm in the South Burbs, I try to visit Popper-Razzi! They have excellent popcorn, especially if you're like me and like something other than the standard Chicago Mix. My favorite is the Cheddar Ranch, its so good. They also have a caramel popcorn that is coated in cheese that is AWESOME. I have to hide a bag for myself whenever I go, because once my son gets the bag it's GONE before anyone can ask for some. The prices are similar garret's in downtown Chicago, but the flavors make it worth it. read more
