We realized the night before we had lost the boutonniere for my groom for wedding photos and while looking online, we were having a difficult time find a florist who would be open early enough to call. Fortunately, we found The Flower Shoppe online and called them when they opened that morning, asking if they could make a boutonniere on short notice. The person on the phone said they were able to and they were very nice! They made the lovely boutonniere quickly and it looked great! I ordered three vases and a half casket spray for a funeral. They were kind, conscientious and customized my order for my partner's preferences. They communicated what substitutions would need to be made due to season. Selma was phenomenal. I hope I don't need their services anytime soon since we live out of town, but I do highly recommend. I was extremely disappointed with the service from this flower shop. They left my flowers outside on frizzing temperature, so I got dead flowers at my door. No call, no bell ring. These folks do fantastic work. I have now ordered several arrangements from them and each time I have asked them to come up with something unique and they have over-delivered each time. They are creative and competitively priced and very easy to work with. This is the latest arrangement I ordered. I needed something special and fast. The ladies at this place are the best. Great customer service. They were technically closed the day I stopped in asking them to make a last minute corsage for my daughter. They were happy to help and made me a beautiful wrist corsage in a matter of minutes. They went the extra mile to make my little girls day. I stopped at a Flower-Rama before I went here and they basically told me I was out of luck, and that I should have placed an order. The flowers were put together nicely and very pretty; however they were not delivered to the Funeral Home as requested. My complaint is that the driver left the beautiful bouquet on the front step on an extremely hot day of the families home the day after and never rang the doorbell or even knocked. Not only did they arrive one day late, when I called the store to speak with Sandy, the owner, she argued with me saying the driver did knock and rang the doorbell. Was she riding along with the driver? NO!! The owner was very defensive and argumentative. The front door was wide open and 3 people were in the house and within an eyeshot of seeing or hearing someone knock. I'm extremely disappointed with the reaction and treatment I received from the owner of this floral shop. I would never order from this shop again based upon how they operate. I was called a liar and the owner hung up on me. I never yelled, said anything inappropriate, or cursed, etc while on the phone with her. All I expected was an apology for the driver not alerting people in the house that he/she had flowers for them while they were in the grieving process. SAndy simply argued with me that her staff did what they were supposed to do--normal protocol. For paying over $100 for these flowers, the owner of this business gave a customer very poor service before hanging up on me. I'm just dumbfounded. My mom recently had surgery and I wanted to send flowers to cheer her up. I live out of town and prefer to call local florists rather than paying a middle man to send my order. I decided on The Flower Shoppe and was impressed with the friendly voices and help in deciding what to send. I don't really know flowers, but they were able to help me figure out by my description what her favorite flower was and incorporate it into a cheery arrangement. The price was very competitive with other florists I called but I went with them because they were so helpful and could deliver it the same day. My mom is still raving about how beautiful her favorite flowers are and how long they are lasting. If I need to send flowers again, I will be choosing The Flower Shoppe. read more

I used this flower shop for my recent wedding. The ladies at the shop were very friendly and so easy to work with, especially Sandy and Annie. All of our flower arrangements were absolutely beautiful! (church/pew flowers, bride/bridal party, corsages, boutonnieres, and table centerpieces) We received many compliments! When I went in for an initial consultation, I had a good idea of what I wanted and what I did not want. The ladies were more than willing to work with me, assisting as needed with professional help/advice. They put together a quick arrangement in minutes so I could visualize what they might make up for the wedding. It was perfect and so helpful! Ordered pink roses for my daughters wedding. Comparable prices to nearby florists and they're close to our church, so we booked them. My daughters bouquet was perfect. The mothers wrist corsage, the grandmothers corsage, had pink roses also. When we picked them up before the wedding service, they were already brown on the edges. The rest of the wedding party didn't have roses thank goodness. By the end of mass, mothers and grandmothers flowers looked like we picked them out of the trash! At least they were decent enough to use fresh flowers in the brides bouquet. read more
