The banker Aaron Andrade assured me " everything was in place after enrolling only to find out after 2 months that the incompetent banker forgot to apply a code to finish the enrollment properly On Dec 11 2 times they removed without my permission interest funds from a previous Platinum Account that I opened last May 8, 2025 without my permission to disguise / make it appear that $ had been credited. Which is deceptive fraudulent practice! My advice to all readers is to stay away from this firm " unless u have a smaller business account that u constantly monitor - look elsewhere!

I could easily open an account with another bank and move my money there online but if I want to move my money within Wells Fargo I need to go into the branch to do it. Every time I have an appointment time they run 30 minutes late. Not to mention the shady stuff they have done in the past like open up unauthorized accounts. I would love to move all my money out of this bank but since I have my business and personal accounts here it will take time.
