I reached asking for my contract and she responded that she hasn't had time to create a contract for me. I then asked for my deposit back and was told that I was going to receive it. As of August 6, 2022, 3 months from the time I left my deposit, I have yet to receive my contract( which I no longer wish to receive) nor my deposit. I have reached out via text messages and phone calls. She scans her calls and text messages. For these reasons, I would not recommend this business. Only positive, I can say, is nice balloon decorations.

The characters seemed unprepared, disconnected, and lacking the energy needed for this type of event. At a 4-year-old's birthday party, the entertainers should be leading the energy in the room--talking to the kids, playing with them, making them laugh, and creating memorable moments. For the premium price we paid, we expected a professional, lively, high-quality experience.
