Went to get my eyebrows done today. There was some other girl there, not Popy. Asked for her to clean my eyebrows up and when she finished she had threaded the left one so thin and uneven, and left my right eyebrow thick and with a whole bunch of hair she hadn't threaded. When I asked her to fix it, she had Popy come out to fix. Even tho Popy did her best, she had to thin them out even more to try to even them out. The other girl had taken hair off from the top so now the shape is messed up and I have bald spots. I called to complain about the girl who messed up my eyebrows, and she ended up picking up the phone. When I told her I was complaining about my eyebrows, she hung up on me. Now I have to walk around with ugly , uneven, thin eyebrows for at least 3-4 weeks. When I told Poppy she took off too much hair and they're uneven, Popy said 'I know. She's new, I'm sorry.' Very unhappy with how my eyebrows turned out and how they handled the situation . read more

100% recommend. I went on a Monday afternoon around 3 and it was empty. The lady who assisted me (which I believe is the owner) did an excellent job threading my eyebrows. She was very detailed and precise in her work. She paid attention to make sure my eyebrows were symmetrical (which can be hard to do with my natural brow shape). The place is clean and the lady was also very friendly which is a major plus. Overall great service!! read more

10/10 no complaints at all. I've been coming here for the past like 4-5 months or so and my eyebrows always look perfect everytime. There's only one lady that works here who is super nice! She never over threads my eyebrows like other places always would. She leaves them at its natural thickness but cleans them up perfectly. I've always have never waited more than 5 min here to get seated. But if she's ever busy and you have to wait give her some slack, it's literally just her running her business and she's worth waiting a couple minutes for. I really love coming to this place and getting my eyebrows threaded by popy the only thing that bugs me is that because of my schedule I'm only able to come in the mornings but they are never open at 9 like they say they are I've waited till 930 and no one shows up. Moving from South LA to MoVal, I was am worried I wouldn't find a place that would do a good job at styling my eyebrows for a reasonable price.
