Love, love, love Esther's work! I've been going to her for almost 2 years now and I wouldn't trade her for anyone! She does such an amazing job and gives you the perfect shape. Drove all the way from Glendora because we were recommended by my nieces and it was most definitely worth the drive! So much better than Ziba or any other threading companies! And she was previously employed by Ziba so she knows what she's doing!! Esther makes you feel like you're family loved the whole experience. Oh and btw she gives you an incredible face massage which is the best part!!:) read more

Finding the perfect eyebrow lady felt like a lost cause until I met Esther! She knew exactly what I wanted for my brows from just me describing them. WOW! WOW! WOW! I drove from Menifee to Phenix Studios to get a facial from In the Clear Skincare, thinking I'd only be going to Phenix Salons for a facial, BUT ENDED UP GOING TO ESTHER'S! AND WOW! I've been to many different eyebrow places before from Magic Brow to a small business studio in Moreno Valley / Riverside, but Esther is so much better! And different! She really asks you what you prefer for your eyebrows, and I SWEAR her threading feels so PAINLESS! Normally I'm teary eyed after a threading, but honestly, she must have magic hands or something! The woman who was doing my pedicure couldn't do it, so she got fed up when I said I didn't like it & tried to give her a tip on how to make things easier & she stood up & looked for someone else to do it. The next lady was more fluent in English so I had high hopes, but to my surprise she still left me disappointed. I just feel the staff is lazy & they have no desire to become better artists, their only focus is to take your money. Not to mention how they NEVER use clean tools, all their tools are dirty & unsanitary. I see them pull the same cuticle nippers out their box that they just used on the person before & they are using the same sanding bands on multiple people, which those are supposed to be brand new for every client. I think State Board needs to pay them a visit so they can rethink their cleanliness & not risk spreading fungus/infections. With that being said, I felt this review was necessary to bring awareness about the quality service that's NOT being provided & the sad reality of the careless employees who work there just to take your money & not prioritize the clients satisfaction. I know what QUALITY looks like, but this surely isn't it. If you wanna do $30 work, you should charge accordingly because we're not getting what we pay for here.

I been going to Esther for years since she was based in Los Angeles. She's a true professional. Since day one she's always been such a sweetheart. She truly cares about her clients and doesn't let you leave her chair until you are completely satisfied. She makes you feel right at home. I been getting my beard line up with a thread and my eyebrows threaded with Esther for the last 7 years. Before her I used to get my beard clean up with my old barber but unfortunately it would grow within days since my facial hair is very thick. Since Esther been threading my beard, it really does makes a difference. It takes 2 weeks or more to grow. I get compliments all the time after Esther hooks me up.
