Today, I went to get my eyebrows done as usual by Lali. She was very busy so I waited as long as I could. I told her I had to leave and I went to cross my name off her clipboard and I guess she felt like I was trying to steal something and told me not to ever reach over her desk. That was very disappointing and hurtful because I don't steal and I am a professional. There is nothing in that facility that I would want or need. It's hard not to think my race had a factor to play in this. Just very disappointing. Have to find a place where I am respected and not looked down upon. read more

This review is about my last visit which was before covid-19. You guys provide worst service.

Lali definitely knows what she's doing. I had thick nice eyebrows and she told me what I needed to grow out, which I did. Then, I go back to get them cleaned up and lali had a wait time. I unfortunately couldn't wait so I had one of the other girls there do them for me and it was the worst mistake ever!!!! I told her I want a clean which is just to clean my eyebrows. This girl reshaped them both and they aren't even at all. So if you're going to go here make sure you go with Lali shes the best and she knows what she's doing. Unfortunately the other girl needs more practice I believe her name starts with a letter A. Hope this helps everyone. read more

Poor. I went to check out this place for the first time. I noticed they only accepted cash and the eyebrow threading was priced at $13 dollars (pretty high in my opinion.) I was willing to pay that amount if i had the cash readily available; however, i did not (only had $10 dollars cash.) I noticed yelp had a $5 dollar offer for eyebrow threading, so i politely asked if i could use that offer. To which her response was "no, we don't take those offers anymore and our prices went up." I suggested that offer should be removed then. The place was empty. She had no customers during my visit. Very poor customer service and not welcoming at all. Looking at the positive side, I'm glad i did not risk my grown eyebrows with this provider. This visit could've definitely gone worse. read more

I love how she is so accommodating and always double checks with me if I am satisfied with the way my brows look before finishing up!
