I listed by 2004 Duffy 31' late last Fall (2018) with Tim Kennedy a new yacht broker at Dimillo's…read more Tim came from the high end real estate market. I was a little skeptical at first with his in-experience as a boat broker, however, he convinced me of his rich boating background and his passion of applying the principles of high end real estate sales. For example, he utilized a professional photographer and staging to provide a "Wow" factor, for the on-line posting, which totally paid off. (We rec'd full asking price) He had a buyer committed in Jan 19 and we closed in early April. It was the first boat launched at KPYY this Spring. No easy feat. The real story are the obstacles that Tim had to overcome to make it happen. He had to work closely with KPYY to get the boat commissioned early in the Spring before the weather typically allows. He had to coordinate with an inexperienced buyer who was coming from over 500 miles away, providing advice on how to navigate the boat down to southern VA during rough Spring weather. The survey revealed de-lamination in the fiberglass doors and when my current boat yard had no capacity to repair, he was able to coordinate with his company (DiMilios) to get them fixed in time for delivery (only two weeks later). The day before the new owner was about to set sail we learned that the head needed a repair. He was able to cajole the yacht yard to make the repair. He even went to the extent of driving 25 miles to get the part needed. Tim demonstrated all the skills of a true sales professional. He was a good listener, responsive, creative in problem solving, empathetic, sensible, level-headed and operated at all times with the highest integrity. Tim is a true professional and I would certainly seek him out for my next venture into boating. Thanks Tim!!

We limped back to our dock and I called the local Cummins distributor. They did not have the hose in stock and reported that the closest replacement hose was at their warehouse in PA! I then called Jason Brunet who knew exactly which hose I needed. The amazing part of the story was that he had one in stock and he offered to have it delivered to me!!! Within a couple of hours we were resumed our voyage thanks to DiMillos. Five stars are not enough!!! Gene G & Diane L

The staff was incredible starting with Mike Soucy working with me to secure a boat for the week that we needed it, after securing the dates the communication was amazing as they reached out multiple times via phone calls, text and email keeping us updated on everything that we needed to know to include an online safety test so that we were 100% familiar with the boat and the rules governing the pond or lakes that we were on days before we actually got to camp we received a phone call from a gentleman by the name of Ben this is another staff member at Port Harbor Marina he told me that he would give me a call a day before we would arrive and let me know where the boat would be dropped off and let me know a member of the Port Harbor Marina staff member would meet us the day that they drop it off at the boat ramp insure enough that morning they called us to let us know that they were on their way and that they would meet us there we get out to the boat ramp just as they were backing down I met up with Nate another member of the team at Port Harbor Marina he went over the entire boat with me asked me if I had any additional questions showed me where all the life preservers were and once again asked me before I actually took off for the boat if I had any additional questions I shared with him that I did not and I appreciated him going over everything with me he said that someone would call day before it was going to be picked up just to double check in on everything and make sure that we were still on sure enough on June 30 I received a phone call from Ben letting me know that he would meet me at around 445 at the same boat ramp that they dropped it off at. During this week we cannot even imagine being without this boat now because we had such a great time my family and I on this boat we enjoyed our trips around the pond and just relaxing on this boat I would highly recommend Port Harbor Marina for all of your boating needs they have a professional knowledgeable staff super helpful and the boat was absolutely beautiful and in great condition, Port Harbor Marina has a A+ operation
