Eric identified what needed to be fixed, and took care of it within a few hours. He had to make several trips out to get parts and it took about three hours, but he only charged me for one. I would've expected at least $300 or $400 but it ended up only being $100. Owner Rich came out for an estimate on an HVAC install. The…read moreestimate was 10K For a 1 day install: with 1 electrical and 1 Hvac. Plus a $550 permit and about $400 in materials. So, if you are an electrician for this company make sure you invoice for about $500/hr! And their HVAC guys, I think its awesome your boss pays you $500/hr. But clients beware, there is a lot of gouging going on. Usually its $150/hr for the technical. And call the suppliers, you'll see the cost of the HVAC equipment is much less than you are being quoted! And other than duct work, its an easy day or two for an install. So do the math, and don't let our community be the place where we pay $ 500/hr for electricians.
