They were the only company out of three other tries that said they could do it the next day and without coming over first to give an estimate. They showed up on time and were very professional. The water heater was under our house and the one they brought was a little too big to fit. After discovering this they diligently went back to their shop and brought another that fit just right but cost slightly more. They made us aware up front of the cost difference and we were very pleased to receive a revised invoice with corrected serial number the next day. A technician came out and diagnosed a bad control board. $127 for the diagnosis and $500 to repair. We're computer people! Control board? Easy! Bought the exact (OEM) part. I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment regarding a recent purchase and delivery experience for my mom's stove. The delivery of the new stove had to be scheduled three separate times because the first two units delivered were damaged. Taking time off work for these three separate attempts has resulted in significant lost time and inconvenience, which is deeply frustrating. During the conversation with the owner today, I suggested that waiving the delivery fee or offering some form of compensation would be an appropriate resolution for the lost time and inconvenience caused by these incidents. I was disappointed that the owner was unwilling to work toward a resolution, offered numerous excuses, and refused to take any accountability for the repeated failed deliveries. I feel that my concerns were dismissed, and I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer care demonstrated throughout this process. First contact in store was very professional and helpful. Picked out microwave, set up appointment for instillation and removable of old item for Wed. the 26th. I received phone call on the 24th around 8:45am from the installers that they could be to our house btw. 9 and 11am that day. I agreed. The installers arrived approximately 9:20 and began working right away. The two workers were very polite and friendly. They finished the instillation in a very timely manner and then proceeded to clean up, leaving the area very much back in order. I was given the paper work and warranty information. Apparantly, due to the poor design of the defective part, it was possible that the part would break in the process of removing it and the whole door might have to be replaced. There were some obstacles that made getting info on my fridge a bit more complicated, but Reggie really went above and beyond to figure out and diagnose the issue. From the first call and asking if they had certain dishwashers on display. .. the lady Alex was sweet and helpful. We ended up getting a Dishdrawer ( although we went in for a different brand) which was a spluge. She didn't push us. We had them in the past so we saw one and decided on it.
