My friends business was also "closed" that's when we got in touch about FedEx in general. Those years were 2007-2013. Here I am bouncing with simple delivery for my mother. 3rd visit is today! On the second drive, 2 days ago, they were literally 2 miles away and drove back. Let's saw of 3rd times a charm. My grandmother's chair arrived a day later than scheduled. Just go on Reddit and see how awful this reputation is. I've never had issues with UPS or anyone else. Why is this such a hassle with FEDEX.

The person who was supposed to come to my house told me to have 2 photo IDs ready AND a voided check from my bank account so they could provide it to the lender. I found this odd as I have done remote closings in the past and this was never required. The attorney handling the closing already had my information to wire the money to me. So I called my attorney and was informed that I was correct to be suspicious as this is NOT information the notary needs access to and the buyer's lender already HAD the information to wire my funds. There was also a BIG red flag in the text messages....the notary texted like a teenager. "Ur" for your, poor grammar and no knowledge of punctuation. Completely unprofessional. So, beware and do NOT give them any personal information other than the document and proof of who you are as that is ALL they need.
