So I booked my appointment for my facial for my daughter and I. It was my first time there and saw…read morethat the pricing was $60 for the service. NO ONE explained the price difference to me on member non member pricing so I fully expected to pay $120 for both of us and paid double that. I was using a gift card that was bought for me to even try it out!! It was enough to cover the full amount. Sure my facial was great but after the price difference I come away thinking about how terrible the whole experience was. Great stress relief? I called and spoke to the manager on duty who simply repeated the pricing to me and said there was nothing she could do. Wrong 100%. She doesn't care about her customer because I came away with stress which I'm pretty sure Massage Envy would like to pride themselves on people feeling stress free after their experience!!!! I feel there is something they could do to help me after the fact like a refund on 1/2 of what I paid.
