They pretty much threw us on the streets I felt after referring us to EAP, which there agree had expired, because they did not pay EAP. Did they agree with a contact with me? Of course they did, and was not for this. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I gave up my home, sold almost everything, and go to place that you should stay in a homeless shelter. I said: Ok, I'll pay the 160, and I guess you can bill the insurance. If insurance pays, I can get refunded. 6 MONTHS LATER they ask me to pay 630 since my insurance doesn't pay. Im like: but I paid. They say: yeah, but you requested we bill your insurance and that rate is higher. Since your insurance doesn't pay, you now need to pay 470 extra (to make it 630). Im like: what? Wait, what???? Is this legal?
