I was initially confused, and when I contacted my insurance, they advised me to check with LexisNexis for legal records. Upon doing so, I confirmed that it was the same unresolved ticket. As a result, my insurance premiums have increased by $120 per month, a rate that will remain for the next 5 to 7 years. This amounts to an additional $1440 annually and a total of $7200 over five years. Shawn Storey failed to perform the required legal work, and in a struggling economy, I am burdened with an extra $120 each month. I advise others to steer clear of attorneys who make false promises regarding dismissals or legal outcomes. I plan to contact him again to discuss this matter and seek a resolution. Update: Despite multiple attempts, he has not returned my phone calls as we speak.

I am a third-party claimant against falcon. Their insured driver drove into the side of my truck traveling around 50 miles an hour. Falcon took 17 days to approve my claim when they had all the information in four days. I ended up having to fix my vehicle after I could not get a hold of falcon for most of those days. I actually only talk to them once before them approving my claim. Falcon never inspected my vehicle yet tried to get me to approve a claim for $1200 when it cost over $8000 to fix it. In that falcon reduced their offer to zero dollars Indicated the kind of insurance company that they are. This law firm sent me a cease and desist letter because I was not dropping it and irritating falcon because of their intimidation of me. The season desist letter is another form of intimidation from falcon insurance. It is now 11 months and I still don't have a settlement that even makes any sense for me. I should not have to pay up to $6000 out-of-pocket when I was 0% at fault. Any communication with falcon is always a lie on their part. That this law firm represents falcon indicates a complete lack of integrity.
