Yesterday my Husband and Myself went into this Spectrum Store. The Service under our Excellent Employee was beyond Excellent! Would give 10 Stars if possible! His name is Narek Hakdbyan. Our bill when we walked in was so high and we are 2 Seniors, we couldn't pay so so much. Well, Narek lowered our bill to almost half!!!! Don't get me wrong, this is something the residents here have been anticipating since 2010. The famed "AMC + shopping center" has been rumored for that long, seriously. It's nice and new, feels like the newer shopping centers in Santa Clarita. Now for the bad--this places gets packed, ridiculously. None of the shoppers are residents, usually people coming from other areas. How can we enjoy this if we can't even park? I still wish whole foods were located in the old plaza, at least it was accessible back then. It does speak volumes to the lack of decent shopping centers in the valley, because as nice and new as this is, it should be commonplace. There's no reason the whole valley should feel the need to stampede here just to get some decent bites to eat or feel safe while shopping. A Porter Ranch card would be a great option, give small discounts to the local community for shopping local and supporting small businesses. This might help deter some outside shoppers while making sure the residents can actually come here and find parking. read more

The Vineyards at Porter Ranch is nothing but endless fun in all directions from the iconic AMC, where they make movies better and also the it theater they filmed Nicole Kidman's openings, to the incredible Whole Foods, Le Popular, Patxi's Pizza and Finney's Crafthouse to the abundance of seating area including some with a toasty fire pit, running pond like water by the jungle gym and much more. TIFA Chocolate & Gelato has all the "nom"ptions, including dairy free and vegan friendly fun. Same for Patxi's and numerous other eateries. Go wild for Gus's. Exclaim about Cava. Keep it easy wit Chipotle, Habit, Mendocino Farms, Jersey Mike's or Silverlake Ramen, great cost affordable eats of all kinds. Feel the burn at YogaSix, Motivate Studios (or Cycle Club), Mayweather Boxing + Fitness Get the care you need with Kaiser, Exer and even Avant Eyes Optometry. Can't go wrong with Blow Blo Dry, Image by Ty Jordan and Ulta Beauty, all for personal self care. Abundant parking in all directions, including servel EV spots/areas. You can still enjoy seasonal and/or weekly events like the Farmer's Market (9 AM - 2 PM)and the upcoming annual tree lighting. And living up to the name you can spot various grape-producing vines between a lot of spaces/places here in the Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. No really Wi-Fi, but signal is solid. Typically open as early at Peet's Coffee at 5:30 am and as late as the ending screenings at the AMC 9. read more

The Vineyards at Porter Ranch has matured into a shopping / dining / gathering spot plaza that's a pleasure to visit. There are drawbacks to the parking situation, and that's mainly because the center has become so popular that there are times when scoring parking is like winning a gold medal. The mix of casual dining to very nice restaurant experiences is a delight to behold. We are slowly trying different options as time passes. On our last visit we went to Mendocino Farms for the first time. They have a new neighbor coming - Salina, which is to be an Italian restaurant added to The Vineyards mix. One of the plusses of a trip to this center is the availability of many areas to relax throughout the complex. Whether it's to have a nice place to hang out with friends while waiting for a table, or just to have a chat, there are options. If you pick up a gelato or a beverage and have time to not rush to the next activity, they have you covered for spots to just chill for a while. You can also find choices at various price points. Not everything is expensive by any means. Most of the employees we've encountered at the various businesses we've tried seem to be reasonably happy to be working here, so service has been good. The farmhouse-style design aesthetic of most of the buildings appeals to me, and fits the Porter Ranch area. The landscaping and lighting add to the overall ambiance, too. There are more foodie establishments than other shops / services here, just to clear that up. I haven't tried the Nordstrom Rack or Ulta Beauty shops yet, nor the movie theater. When we are in the northwest part of the Valley, it's nice to have this plaza to visit. Our Sweet Granddaughter loves it, too - especially the play structure area, and nearby Tifa Gelato. read more

Good variety of restaurants, and personal services - Fast food, salads, sandwiches, burgers, BBQ, Seafood, Mexican, Japanese, Ramen, Bar food. A clothing, beauty and small furniture stores as well as health services are available. Multiple fitness outlets for yoga, cycling and boxing are available. AMC Theater on the east end and Whole Foods Market on the west end. Upbeat music plays along the main strips. The vibes of the patrons and personnel are pleasant and friendly. Prices are reasonable and competitive. Give yourself extra time to find parking, especially on weekends. read more

I am embarrassed, that after living so close to the Vineyards at Porter Ranch, I have not written about this fascinating place. It is a gift, a bonus, to be living in its vicinity. Telescoping only the food options, this place took time to grow. As it matured, the Vineyards have become a sought after and unmatched (in my opinion) dining destination. Porter Ranch Drive (off the 118), divides the northern climb to both the east and west sides. The real dining action, resides on the western side, welcome to the Vineyards at Porter Ranch. While it is a destination for fitness, optometry, movies, hair, beauty, shopping, etc., I will only comment on the dining spots, all of which in a nutshell, are truly amazing. In this complex, there are fast food outlet chains (Cava, Chipotle, Jersey Mikes). A pizza joint, Patxi's. Also Habit, my favorite for fast food. Cannot beat that Charburger with tempura beans. On the Restaurant side, for the seafood addict (like me), you have Lure Fish House, an unmatched super seafood haunt, with excellent charbroiled oysters, crab cakes and numerous other fantastic seafood dishes. This place takes you away. If you desire Ramen, the well established Silver Lake Ramen has an outpost here too. Anything here is memorable. If in the mood for Mexican, La Popular, will take you to another level, in ambiance, food, music and dining. In the mood for sandwiches, Mendocino Farms, is also here. Gus's Barbecue and Finney's Crafthouse Kitchen, both of which have great food menus, also dominate this landscape. Expect wait lines. For Japanese, there is Tomodachi, with a superb menu that highlights a fresh mix of raw and cooked dishes accompanied with attentive and high class service. And don't forget, there is also See's Candies. A few more steps and you are at Whole Foods. Here, you will find unique products, freshly made foods, fruit tarts (my favorite), cakes and pastries (also my favorite). Now just pause, and ponder. I enjoy this place every time I visit, it's a new experience. An open air outdoor mall with a Whole Foods, Nordstrom Rack and AMC movie theater as anchor tenants. The draw for me are the 20+ restaurants and eateries. The open flow design with courtyards, walkways and large parking lot makes for a friendly and inviting family vibe. A farmers market is on site every Sunday afternoon with fresh produce. There is also a community space available to rent for events. read more

I visit The Vineyards at Porter Ranch at least two to three times a month--it's kind of my go-to spot! While I've already reviewed some of the individual restaurants and shops, I haven't shared my thoughts on the experience as a whole. The Vineyards has a little bit of everything, and they're always adding new places, which keeps things fresh and exciting. Some of my personal favorites: Finney's - Their happy hour deals are hard to beat. Paxti's - Craving deep dish pizza? This is the place. See's Candies - Perfect for a sweet treat or a last-minute gift. Nordstrom Rack - Because who doesn't love a good shopping find? Lure Fish House - Their Fish and Chips are my go-to comfort meal. And it doesn't stop at food and shopping! They've also got Exer Urgent Care, Mayweather Boxing, and an AMC Movie Theatre. There's definitely a little something for everyone! read more

Been coming here for years and it's changed so much! So many awesome new restaurants that opened up and so quickly too. We love coming here to eat with so many different options. Each one is unique and worth trying! Since it's become so popular and with $7 AMC movie tickets on Tuesdays for Stubs members, parking has gotten to be a bit of a challenge but you'll find one eventually. A place to shop, eat and some entertainment. It's my go to shopping plaza when I'm in the area. I usually come here for Whole Foods, sometimes I'll catch a movie at the AMC cause they have those nice cushy recliner seats. I also like the Finnys over here and the newest place I tried La Popular. And when I just want a quick drink I'll pop into Pete's. Also shopping at Ulta and Nordstrom rack is a must stop in this area! read more

A relatively new shopping mall in Porter Ranch that has gradually been opening since Covid. This complex is just off the 118 across from the Walmart shopping complex. Within this complex you can find several restaurants that include the following types: Japanese, southern bbq, seafood, tavern and more to come! Plus there are fast food restaurants including Cava featuring salads and habit. There is a coffee shop, Peet's snd ice cream. The complex also has Whole Foods, Nordstrom rack and ultra. I suspect more will come soon! There are many more places not mentioned in this write up for you to explore. There are also workout places too: boxing and yoga! The biggest downside of this complex is parking. Parking tight due to the number of establishments and insufficient parking. Not sure what's going to happen during holidays. This is a great place to go eat, shop, watch a movie, do some yoga or Zumba class and they also have Whole Food here as well. My wife and I has been coming here for a while and still haven't ate or visit all the shops here. My wife really love Silverlake Ramen, Lure Fish and La Popular here. I wasn't really a big fan of Gus bbq or Finney. The AMC theater here is nice, ultra beauty and Nordstrom Rack are my wife favorite store to go shopping at. I heard the pizza place here is good and there a habit as well but we haven't had a chance to visit yet. I notice that T-Mobile mobile service is not as good here when you're near AMC theater and parking can be difficult when they are busy. But this plaza is very nice, especially when they decorate for Christmas. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars based on the ambiance alone. It's so nice to have a cute little center in our area finally! It's decorated beautifully and really has so much to offer! I think the gem is definitely Whole Foods believe it or not. They have great food selection, a bar, and so much more to offer. There's plenty of restaurants to choose from here as well. It's also very family friendly! From the movie theater to the little play areas, it's overall just great and I'm so glad we have it! read more

Love this new(ish) development. Everything is very well maintained, a lot of food options and Nordstrom Rack and Wholefoods don't hurt either. We love malls that have some play structures for the kids, and this one is excellent. It's also lit up at night so it's safe for the kiddos as an after dinner energy dump. I love the fact that it's outdoors, that they have a good handful or two of eateries - most of which are new to me, and they run the gamut from an AMC movie theater to Whole Foods and Spectrum. Lure Fish House is setting up to open in the (near?) future. Good restaurant choice !! Not a bunch of "boutique" shopping stores, at least not so far, but I've gravitated to doing most of my shopping online anyway, so who cares. It has a really nice vibe, mostly the outdoors factor, and I like that it's so new (at least to me). I don't live next door, but it's not that far either, and it's somewhere different and new to walk around.... but not in summer heat since it is in the Valley, and it gets so blistery hot. The Vineyards at Porter Ranch has wonderful restaurants like Lure, Gus' BBQ, and CAVA. Shopping at the Nordstrom Rack is fun and having a Whole Foods nearby is great. 5 stars!! Now the bad news... the parking is the worst ever! It is such a disservice to the lovely restaurants and shops to not have adequate parking. This mall should have had multi story parking with all the restaurants, shops, and a movie theater. We park across the street and walk. Absolutely horrible parking!! Zero stars! read more

Cute place, usually I enjoy it here. I was told I couldn't take pictures here even tho I have been for a while and have never had anyone say anything, not only this, she was rude about it and didn't identify herself so she looked like a random person trying to tell me to leave. Considering I wasn't bothering, or blocking ANYONE, I thought it was a little weird especially considering my mom takes pictures of me often here and I have multiple friends that take pictures here. I have never heard of anyone asking them to leave, let's at least do better with communication please, I love coming to spend my money here, I don't see how a picture or two of myself could be hurtful read more

They have a good selection of shops and food places however the parking sucks!! They are creating more restaurants but there already lacks enough parking spots. I do not recommend anyone coming here for the movie theater for Ulta for Whole Foods because there is nowhere to park all days of the week all hours of the day. It's really not worth it. You're wasting time looking for parking. Just go to another location. read more

I see signs that there will be a AMC theaters coming too...as for how many I'm not sure. The atmosphere is like a vineyard (like the name of this outdoor shopping area)of buildings. For now, there seems to be lots of parking spaces. I look forward to seeing this place when all the places are open. read more

We live up the hill from the Vineyards, it has definitely created a 'center' for the North San Fernando Valley. Nice stores, some good restaurants (with more coming soon), terrific AMC theater. The only problem ... PARKING! As a result, it loses a star. Perhaps with the opening of the hotel it will increase capacity on the other side of Rinaldi. But with several new restaurants opening up, I just don't know where everyone will park. It's almost becoming undesirable with all the lines of 'circling' cars. Let's hope improves somehow. read more

I recently visited this shopping center for a school fundraiser dinner. While I was looking for a parking spot, I noticed an outdoor playground. After picking up my take out order, I decided to take my 3 young kids to the playground. BIG MISTAKE! Whoever designed that playground DOES NOT have kids. It is not kid-friendly, especially if your child(ren) love water. Literally 4 feet away from the play structure is an unfenced 1' to 2' deep water fountain with sharp rocks laying on the bottom of the fountain. Plus huge round boulders all along the back of and sides of the fountain and a low-lying stone bench that doubles as a pathway for little kids to run along the water fountain. As a mom of 3 young kids, it was impossible to keep them all away from the water fountain as I am only 1 person. Had I known that there was a water fountain so poorly designed and situated next to the playground, I would have never taken my kids there. I had to leave after 10 minutes because it was impossible to keep them safe. This resulted in epic meltdowns from all 3 of my kids at the same time. In short, if your child(ren) love water and/or love to explore, this playground is not safe. I for one will never go to this playground ever again and I probably won't shop or buy from the vendors in there again. That's how frustrated I am with the design of that playground. They could at least put up a nice fence along the edges of the water fountain to deter kids from getting close to the water. Especially since it is extremely close to the playground. But what the hell do I know, I'm just a mom to 3 young kids... P.S. I cannot include pictures of the playground area and water fountain in my review b/c I was busy trying to keep my kids safe and then dealing with their meltdowns since I couldn't keep them safe and so we had to leave. read more

I came here last night 9/1 8:00 PM to eat at paxtis restaurant. I had a great dinner although as i was leaving I noticed my car was missing. I tracked down security and spoke to a woman who answered everything with " I don't know or I'm not sure " I gave her my phone number and license plate number and asked her to call me if they find my car in the parking lot. Another man who worked for security then walked up saying he will have his security look for the car, I also gave him my license plate and phone #. At this point i had left the shopping center. The police eventually found the car INSIDE THE PARKING of vineyard shopping center at around 1:30 in the morning. I saw a security car drive past the stolen car about 5 times before I approached him to ask about the situation. I asked him if he was aware this car was stolen. He said yes and that he was informed of it. I then asked as to why they didn't call me to let me know the car was here this whole time he said he started his shift at 11 pm and it was here since and did not really have an answer as to why no one called us. The security company working for vineyard shopping center is slacking and unprofessional. When you park your car here they aren't doing much to protect your property. I spoke with multiple family members and friends and found that multiple acquaintance of theirs have had their cars stolen from this shopping center or broken into. read more

This shopping center has been technically open for over two months, but it appears as if the developers should have waited. Walking paths are blocked by construction, the left turn into the site from Porter Ranch Drive is cut off, and construction equipment litters the center. Currently this shopping center has a large Whole Foods, an Ulta Beauty, a Nordstrom Rack, and a Peet's Coffee. The vast majority of the storefronts are either empty or yet to be constructed. A children's playing area has been built but is cordoned off. There are no places to eat aside from Whole Foods. There are about a dozen ChargePoint chargers, but none of them are functioning. Two free chargers are located in front of Whole Foods, but they are always occupied. Some parts of the parking lot are not lit at night. The place has an irrational exuberance 2009 vibe. read more

Honestly I like this place, but the people who come here suck, you're safer parking your car somewhere in a shady alley in DTLA. Other guests leave their shopping carts all over the lot and nobody comes around to get them, they sit there for days hitting peoples' cars. I'm not sure if security here does their job either, plenty of people blocking paths with their cars parked in red zones, those are for emergency vehicles. They should really be giving parking tickets out considering how many people just park like . The employees at these locations however are amazing. I love coming here to visit the stores they have to offer, but the people who come here are just the worst. TLDR: Other people suck, your car will probably get damaged, it's a lawless land, do what you want I guess. read more
