Welcome back, welcome back…read more After many years of avoiding the plant from various experience from it's Regency having broken ticket machines, seating and major issues. From the high security in Home Depot and date feel to it's complete revamp in more recent years. The Plant is a huge open mall shopping center with major stores including Burlington, Ross dress for Less and Home Depot to name a few. They have various mall classics such as GameStop, GNC and Starbucks For eats you have OneHawaiian BBQ, Blaze Pizza, Chipotle and In N Out to name most There's Petsmart for your pet needs. Sally Beauty aka Sally's for your hair care needs. I've been to Regency more this year than I have in the past 10 and dig the GameStop, appreciate The Gap as well as the L.A. Care Community Resource Center (formerly where the HomeTown Buffet was back in the day). There's so much parking in all direction including behind, on the Regency side. Great affordable clothing, comforts, services and food. It stays busy, but rarely feels overwhelming. It's very close to the Van Nuys Train Station for the Amtrak + MetroLink and being off Van Nuys Blvd it's connected to a lot of local LA Metro busses/services like LADOT DASH. The biggest being Home Depot, Ross and Burlington. There's an also smaller stores like 5 Below, Sally's Beauty, Petsmart, Ulta Beauty, Gap outlet and Old Navy. There was Party City but it recently closed a couple months ago. Not only that, it also house the Regency Theatre around the back. There's a few food options, more chain places but In and Out being the top contender. Besides that, you have other chain's restaurants along the strip of Van Nuys Blvd. There loads of parking spaces available which comes in handy. Both for the strip mall as well out back where the movie theatre is. Across the street is Living Spaces. Another chain stores for furniture. It's pretty massive and I believe it's affiliated with the plant.

I enjoy getting a drink occasionally from Agua Cabana on the second floor, and the perfect mall snack is an Açaí bowl from Bearies on the first floor. My favorite stores include - Pop Mart, Box Lunch, Sephora, Bath & Body Works, Miniso, Hot Topic, Hollister, Old Navy, Journey's & Sophi's Cosmetics. It's a smaller mall but it's local & always a solid place for a hang out. There is also many on site restaurants that I enjoy such as Yard House, LongHorn Steakhouse, California Pizza Kitchen & Red Robins. There is also an Escapology located here outside the mall which is great as an interactive experience. The workers I've encountered here are typically very friendly & the mall is kept very clean.

This is a great shopping center if you're in the area. You have different retail store, food…read moreplaces, Vons is here, Well Fargo Bank and some other stores too. I been coming to this shopping center for a while and still haven't visited all the stores here yet. There used to be a Hallmark store here but that closed. I would mostly come here to get groceries from Vons or to take my wife to the Well Fargo Bank. I already visited the Rods Taco here which is good, A&W Seafood is my family favorite place to dine in, Kenn Cleaners prices are reasonable and there a Ross here too. There good amount of parking here so you shouldn't have any issues finding a spot, you might just have to walk a bit.

This is a great plaza to come visit and the main attraction here is Costco. Lowe's and Best Buy get…read morecustomers too but not as much as Costco. You also have some food places like Panda Express or Subway which I haven't visited yet. There also a Jamba juice as well, Costco Gas usually back up the entrance but you can always turn at the light too. If you're going to visit Lowes, I would recommend coming before Costco open so it's less busy in the plaza. I usually go right when they open, Best Buy parking near the store is usually open since Costco customer don't park there due to it being farther.

San Fernando Mall has a lot of stores to offer and there a lot of different public parking spots…read more So far I only visited Dollar Tree, Truman House Tavern and my wife goes to the No Sabo Cafe along with her beauty salon shop there. There are more homeless people in the area now and most shops lock their backdoor for safety that leads to the parking lot. In certain area they do have security guard walking around because of the situation. I don't come here that much just because of the homeless people and it tend to be more busier than other places I go to. My wife and I grew up in the San Fernando area but she mostly come here than I do.

I been coming here for a while, usually to visit Ralphs or going to eat at Pho So 1. But I also visited the movie theater here which is outdated, AutoZone and Baskin Robbins that is on the other side of the plaza as well. There also a Salvation Army here so you can go donate things. Fatburger used to be here but it's gone now. Sushi Raw and Panera Bread is still open but I haven't visit those places yet. There was plans to redo the whole plaza where a Home Depot was going to take over the movie theater area but so far nothing has happen yet. There also a lot of parking here as well so there shouldn't be any issues finding a spot but the pavement isn't in the best of shape.

I usually only come here to eat though, meet with friends and yap. The last few times I've gone to modern bread and bagel (a full gluten free restaurant) I'm obsessed! They also have a parking lot out front with 90min max which is about $2 to pay but I did come up on the parking structure which has a longer time limit. It's free for the first 30 mins I believe, also know you can get validated parking via Costco.

I would mostly come here for Kohls to return my Amazon order or alternatively you also have a UPS store here as well. I sometime come to the Ralphs and get Waba Grill for my wife. They recently open the Dollar Tree here, Boba Snow House, Panda Express and Subway is also in this plaza as well. For kids, there Baskin Robbins, a Carter store and a Chuck E Cheese. There plenty of parking in this plaza as well so you shouldn't have issues finding a spot.
