My elderly mother's air conditioner went out and it is supposed to be in the high 90s in the coming week. She has a heart condition, and when I explained this, they were very good about getting us on to their schedule quickly. The technician communicated his arrival time in advance and arrived promptly. He replaced a part in the compressor within about 30 minutes and the air conditioner was in good working order again. Highly recommend this company!

They did not build my barn anything like I asked but the outside. Had to get mad at them to fix SOME of the inside. At first they said It was fine. They started a fire on my property under pine trees, next to my mom horse when it hadn't rained for days. Threw trash all Over my barn after they were done working one night, didn't pick up and it's right next to my moms horse. He could have easily choked on a bottle cap.... From my experience they already have it in their head what the issue is or isn't. I had to call another company that listened in order to resolve my issue. Update 06/12/2022: Who do you think called the landlord to have the issue looked at? Since the issue wasn't resolved I asked the landlord to call a different service professional. The new company called and scheduled a time to come work on the issue versus randomly showing up, they listened, and the issue was resolved in their first visit. It is amazing what we can accomplish when we treat everyone as valued adults.
