Second delivery was a NIGHTMARE with damage sustained to our home. It had rained the day before and there was mud in our driveway. They (delivery employees) must have dragged the mattress with plastic on it through every mud puddle. Rather than remove the plastic from the mattress outside our door, they removed it in my dining room and mud went everywhere on the walls and one side of our drape. They then dragged the mattress through the house and damaged the trim around one of the bedroom doors. I asked for them to call their manager, and they indicated that they did not have the number for the manager, after I had already spoken with the manager earlier. They attempted to assemble the adjustable frame and were unable to as they were missing a leg. Mattress was a little smushed in one corner so I refused the delivery. It has been two weeks and waiting for someone, anyone to provide me with information as to how the trim around our bedroom door is going to be repaired. I was able to remove the mud from the dining room walls and bottom of drape with a little elbow grease. Have a call into Kevin who I dealt with over a week ago providing pictures of the damage which we sustained. Still no response. I asked for the name and number of his manager which Kevin would only provide a name no number. I was told that Eric, Kevin's manager would contact me. Next step is Better Business Bureau and Consumer Protection Agency of the New Hampshire Attorney General.

I was extremely hesitant to go to this store after reading the other reviews saying the salespeople were terrible, there were issues with this and that, and all sorts of other things. I am SO glad we went anyway; we had the best experience! Thom O'Donnell worked with us the whole time and was WONDERFUL! He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, didn't push anything on us, and gave us the perfect balance between space to browse and attention for information. He was fast, efficient, and accurate in everything he did, and so pleasant and friendly the whole time! My boyfriend and I were so pleased with what we saw at the store and our experience, that we decided to get a dining room table and chairs set as well as the couch which we ended up loving. Thom got us all set up with our pieces to be delivered and assembled at our apartment in Stoneham, and he was very thorough with telling us the whole process. We could easily tell that he wasn't trying to pull the wool over our eyes or trick us into doing or buying anything we didn't want. I will update this review when our furniture is delivered and share how that goes. At the end of the day we ordered a custom, leather recliner and they left without a decision to be made. Can't judge a book by its cover. All in all the quality of the furniture in here is superior to the other big box shops such as Bobs, Bernie & Phil's or Jordan's. Also feel that since it is a smaller company you have less red tape to deal with if you need to make a claim on it using an extended warranty. I hope to not find out.

They state: "Mattress Firm is so committed to finding you the perfect mattress, that they guarantee the lowest price for 120 days. Mattress Firm promises: If a mattress is advertised elsewhere for a lower price, they'll refund you the difference". Shortly after taking delivery, we saw that Mattress Firm lowered the price on the product we purchased by $200. I went back to the store with my receipts and they agreed to refund $200 back to my original form of payment within a few days.. That was on February 12, 2022. On February 20, 2022, after not receiving the credit, I contacted customer service via phone and was told the credit was in process. They confirmed this via email. I reached out again on February 27, 2022. Same promise. It is now April 11, 2022. Two months has gone by and still no credit for $200. Over the last couple of weeks I have emailed customer service and they are not even responding to my emails now. This is deceptive!
